I ordered the aula 75 and the vertex switches last week for this exactly combination, your video proved that I made the right choice, sounds absolutely amazing!

Hey man do these switches have decent rgb pass through? I know black housing switches usually have terrible rgb and you don’t have it enabled in the video
Hello! I just got my first mechanical keyboard yesterday. Ajazz AK680 with brown switches and I got it at around $8. I am in love with it and like how it sounds! (Maybe because this is my first one and it got me so excited.) But I wanted to have a keyboard with separate Fn keys so I am eyeing Aula F75 which was recommended by a lot of people. I am going to save up for it. I can't choose between the Greywood V3 and Reaper Switches. I am total noob and new to keyboards so I am not familiar with a lot of terms. I wanted it to sound a bit deeper and not clicky. I guess the right term is creamy/thocky(?) based on the sound tests I have been watching. Which one should I pick? Gonna stick stock for the mean time once I have it. Thank you for your recommmendation. Aula has a lot of switches to choose from and I can't really choose.
@nyannieee you can checkout my Aula f75 playlist for the comparisons. The differences are very small, but note that reaper is slightly cheaper than the others.
My problem is that the Ice Vein switches sound so dang good that I haven't had the motivation to change them. I ended up getting three of these (I spend my entire day typing, so screw it) and putting silent switches (frozens) in one and tactiles (princess) in another. Can't bring myself to swap the Ice Veins.
@@nyannieee I've tried Crescent and Reaper, and Ice Vein is significantly deeper and feels nicer to press in my opinion. I have not tried the Graywoods.
since you tried lots of switches , which one do you think would sound clean full (non-hollow) clacky marbly on Aula F75 ? I ordered F75 that uses Greywood V3
Wait please i dont understand, what is the name of the switches? When i search Vertex V1, they are clicky. Where can i buy this keyboard or at least switches? Im gonna buy it right now
Sound so good my man fading
Lmao you have a great sense of humor

@@MechWhisper can I ask if the vector axis switch is same as the ice vein just different name?
@@leahsim2001they are different
@@MechWhisper damn, I can't find any video about that switch
@@leahsim2001 yeah I haven’t seen that switch before too
I love ur aula f75 vids❤
Oh it kinda sounds like my redragon fizz with akko v3 matcha greens
I put XDA keycaps on my aula f75 with the ice vein switches and they sound so blocky, its amazing.
Can I ask what keycap brand u used?

Do u use tape mod or is this totally stock? Sounds so good man
not sure about the switches he changed but this keyboard almost sounds like its been modded out of the box
No interference with cherry profile keycaps?
Try them with rainy75. I want to see how they sound.

Definitely the greywood over reaper. I just got it cause i saw another video from this channel with the greywood switches.

Hahaha
Agreed, the Ice Veins are perfection. Hits the thoc spot dead on.
@@NotTheOnlyMattAround Have you tried Reaper and Greywood? If yes, can you compare them to Ice Vein. I wanted a deep sounding keyboard.
@@nyannieee I've tried Crescent and Reaper, and Ice Vein is significantly deeper and feels nicer to press in my opinion. I have not tried the Graywoods.
Aaah finally! I love how deep it sound
Yes they are stock factory lubed :)
is this a prebuilt keyboard?
Yes except I swapped out the stock switches for these vertex v1 switches

If you prefer clack, honestly I think you can stick with the graywood v3, or the v4 if you’re looking to upgrade
Vertex V1 or MMD Princess V2? Which is better?
Agree, which one has the deepest thock?
Good question! I do not have the answer, let’s compare them some day
These vs. MMD Princess Linear?

Should I do a sound comparison?
@@MechWhisper Absolutely!
Please try it (vertex v1) on rainy 75
You gotta do akko rosewood vs milky yellow/oil kings vs vertex v one
Agree!!
Only the Akko Rosewoods left, can't wait to see it tested out on the Aula F75 here.
Wait please i dont understand, what is the name of the switches? When i search Vertex V1, they are clicky. Where can i buy this keyboard or at least switches? Im gonna buy it right now
Try searching vertex v1 switch or vertex v one switch, you can also find the link in the description
I saw that the vertex V1 can have interference with north facing PCB, what did you think of this in Aula?
Vertex v1 is long pole so I don’t think it’ll cause interference, I’ll double check nonetheless.
@@MechWhisper what happened?
@@MechWhisper is there an interference? I really want to get the vertex v1s but idk if they're compatible with the north facing pcb
@@Temp-u8r the interference is negligible, if it’s bad you would’ve picked it up in the sound test
@@MechWhisper thanks, g 🙏
RIP headphone users at very beginning of video. 😂
when new keyboard vid? xDD
Sounds almost similar to ice vein switches
