- Go anywhere ,I belive ICAN ! 2020 Let "s together !!! We are not rider , but we listen to every riders' suggestions and what they are thinking about on the bike . Specialized in this field,we offer high quality wheel sets and carbon frame with guarantee,to reach cyclist"s dream of superb bicycles .
How to produce high-end carbon frame ? ?
1.-ODM base on customers' require .
2-Engineers combine the geometry of the frame, reasonable design.
3-Try to simulate frame's stress and components works well on 3D drawing .
4-Use 3D print to print a frame , try to build complete bike . Confirm the frame building ,performance and appearance all catch customer's requirement .,
5-Start for steel mold after confirm drawing .
6-According to the stress point of the frame structure, the engineer made the stacking material, arranged the carbon fiber fabric modeling distribution and stacking position, so as to achieve the strongest with the least material
7-Test the sample frame , also make ISO test on the test machine
8.-Also ask rider road test after factory test . After pass these two test arrange produce .

Interesting video . thanks
Superb
I've an ican's frame some years ago and it was very good.
Do you still have it and use it?
We've been riding your bikes since at least 2014 and have been happy ever since! Thanks to Jack Lee in sales.
Thanks
How do you order one?
@@icanian how to order
@@djcertv1918 theres a website called icancycling.com
what frames have you had?
WoW
I ordered a gravel frame and it arrived with no instructions on the cable routing. Is there a online information page i could refer to to guide me in the install of the cables?
If it's the AC388, it's pretty straight forward. The rear disc brake has a fully routed internal route so just feed the brake cable through. Use shift cable internal tubes (loose clear tubing) and feed one from the head tube and the other from the derailleur holes and meet them at the bottom bracket.
Hope that helps.
I hope you've got it sorted by now?
Hi icanian, great in depth manufacturing process! What is that tubular-like thing that is coming out of the carbon layers formation process?
That’s an internal air bladder. It’s inflated to keep the inner part compresses against the mold to create perfect tubing form.
What they cleverly aren't showing is how they made the foam insert that they are layering the carbon onto.
The same goes for most of the videos showing a "Jig" process... the jig took more time to make than thr 100 bikes it provided the shape for.
为什么国内买不到。国内有没有渠道可以定
where is the factory located?
And the chinarello?
Aonde eu consigo comprar um quadr deste
Good video of some of the processes. Sadly, these workers probably make a few hundred USD per month.
How long is the warranty.?
😯😳👍😉
I hope i can have one😇. I love biking. But its to expensive. ❤. Inspire everyone and many more quality bike frame to produced. Nice production.
Idiot!
but china frame not good
@@Calinoypi You know that almost all big-brand frames are made in china right?
@@Calinoypi stupi
@Julius - yeah, most Chinese seem to break easily. I don't know about Ican. It does look promising. 50/50 untill we actually feel it???
What’s your email regarding some development and production?
Frame looks familiar. I cant figure it out though
Trek slash is the same for example
Alpha evolve is a similar frame type
Like giant trance frame or sort of like that
The processes are pretty good except they didnt put grease on, but its ok overall
1/4 the price of competing products.
Интересно. А почему вручную гайки закручивают?)
хз
Потому что ключ динамометрический.
Slusha, this is what makes ICAN frames so special. Ponl?
what is the useful life of a carbon frame?
I read that carbon last forever, unlike aluminum which only last 5 to 10 years
@@bumblebeeyaj9375 That is bull shit and you know it.
@@Dwaynefreeman yea sounds like B. S to me too but look it up that's what the internet said
@@bumblebeeyaj9375 I've had my aluminium frame for 20 years and still rippin! Made it into an ebike mtbk
@@Dwaynefreeman the fatigue life of carbon is practically unlimited under the right conditions, if you take UV light into account, and the fact that people are slamming their frames into the ground harder than they should all the time, that's when microfractures start forming
But fatigue results prove that carbon fiber will *literally* last a lifetime
Just don't be stupid and abuse your frame
Adding little bit graphene to resin can make frame even more stronger. Don't support Loagai slavery
This should be the #1 comment.
Not that easy
And different price range
why is the chainstay so long??
almost as long as a fat bike..
Yea it's weird how long it is and the 29er only fits up to 2.3 tires. I'm confused myself
@@bumblebeeyaj9375 They are just covering their ass. If you look at reviews on UA-cam, most people are running a 2.6 tyre with heaps of clearance.
Please don't glue an aluminium sleeve into a frame. This is unreliable in 90% of cases. Left a carbon hole for BB30 or PF30 (BB73) press fits. Thanks.
china is fast approaching:)
Good time to be alive and watch Chinese technology letting everyone else in the dust
I wouldn't know its quality but assume it is decent for most riders. But what they and we need to understand is these people may have skills and technology to make it but they do not know damn thing about MTB! 29er frame only fits 2.3 tires! WTF is my respond.
This frame is design to make Fugly bike.
well..... you prob bought a mtb frame with a older design
I own a p9, you can fit a 2.6 on a 35id rim on the rear 👍
Loa trabajadores, felices no se ven chinos explotadores
Thats not high end
Made by a girl, so you know it's good.
I laughed when I watched video and a guy talking bad about broke china frame with no name on . Most all come from there they say they make best carbon in world that why they say have them made there. They have no restriction or guide lines to follow for manufacturing. Sorry American cry there no work and want money well example like trek original headquarters 20 minutes from me now make two frame there rest china.
What? Sorry, i did’t understand what you were saying..
now I know which frame DO NOT BUY.
Sorry but obliqued eye production in 99% is ttoal shit
what exactly did you mean?
LoL you will probably buy another Chinese frame with an english word stick on it making you believe you are a proud owner of some western shit
That's why you pay 3000$ for a frame.
