British MP tells Museveni. It's your time to go

Hon. Dr. Paul Williams of British Parliament has urged their International Development Secretary Penny Mordaunt to use the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) to tell President Museveni that it's time to go.😂😂
