One of the greatest live singers of all time. His live performances are legitimately better than the studio versions and he never does the same exact performance of a song twice, he always brings something new with his ad-libs and riffs and they are always on point. So much soul and charisma in that man, and he's still rocking that amazing voice in his 70s. Definitely check out more of his live shows!
Absolute LEGEND! One of my all time favourite singers. Late 60s - early 70s with the blues/rock band Free. Well known song All Right Now. Then formed Bad Company for many years. And recently fronted Queen for world tours. One of the best blues/rock singers to ever do it.
Paul wrote this song for a Tribute album to Muddy Waters This whole album is so good It came out in 1993 All of the songs were written by Muddy Waters except the song Muddy Water Blues Paul Rogers is also the lead singer for Bad Company and the band Free and the firm
I think you will enjoy listening to more of this amazing voice. Paul Rodgers is one of the world's great rock singers. He fronted the English blues-rock band Free in the 60's/70's, then Bad Company in the 70's & 80's. Early Cold Chisel did Free covers and Jimmy Barnes was a fan of Paul Rodgers.
Paul Rodgers is LEGEND! He’s got one of the most GIFTED voices this ol’ world has ever heard! His pipes are GOLDEN! And you, sir, have a GREAT bluesy voice yourself!
I've never heard this song before, but Paul is a legendary rock vocalist. Check out him singing Wishing Well or Fire and Water. This song doesn't do him justice. He's a beast even into his 70s.
Paul Rodgers is legendary rock singer for the bands Free and Bad Company most notably. Free was more blues than Bad Company but he can sing blues or soul or rock. Yes, this an original song from his Muddy Water Blues album. On this album the rest of the songs were all blues covers with different guitarists like Gary Moore, Jeff Beck, David Gilmour, Brian May, Steve Miller and others. It was a Grammy nominated album one of my absolute favorite albums of all time. On the album this song appears twice, once electric and once acoustic to lead off and close the record.
There is a video of Paul fronting for Queen in a concert in 2008 in the Ukraine (Maripole I believe) great concert but so sad to think that such joy that was had there is now just a memory of better times for the brave people of Ukraine. Lets hope it will come around again for them in the future!
He was the lead singer for Bad Company and Free. If you react to his live 1994 live version of Bad Company at Woodstock he will blow your mind! Greatest blues/rock vocalist of all time! Trust me you won’t regret it! I’ve watched you long enough to know what you like. It’s a no brainer!
Another great Geordie singer. We like our blues and rock up hear in North East England and we've produced some great artists. Eric Burdon, Chris Rea, Brian Johnson from ACDC, Mark Knopfler to name just a few.
My favorite. Dude is still amazing. Glenn Hughes is right there though. Highly recommend you check out Glenn. Black Country Communion the song cold. It’s amazing. Paul doing Simple Man is insane also. Both of them are ridiculously great.
This is a tribute album to Muddy Waters Paul Rogers wrote this song for the cover of the album But all the rest of the songs on the album are all Muddy Waters songs Anyone that plays the blues has covered Muddy Waters music But none of them can sing it like Muddy Waters can To me he is the real king of the blues

Paul Rogers has got the blues going on, and you son, have a good singing voice as well.

When he was a teenager he sang in a little British blues/rock band called Free. You might want to check them out.
Keep enjoying this man and his long history of great music

P❤A❤U❤L best male voice in rock n roll past 4 decades
I totally agree! I've said this many tines since the 70's.
There’s two versions of this song electric and acoustic The acoustic version is played by Buddy Guy
Love Paul - Free awoke me to the wonder of a three piece - the space but tight and vocals to die for.

Paul Rodgers is probably one of the best male vocalist's of all time 🖤
Agreed. No one comes close.
Probably probably fuckin is definetly the best of all time
My favourite singer all-time bro ❤
Paul Rodgers was also sang for Jimmy Page's band , The Firm...... which is also worth checking out.
Yes Nick! I knew you'd love that grit my man!
Paul is also a great rock and soul singer.
He’s incredible!
Lets go down this rabbit hole.
Yes....this is a great song and performance by PR. Absolutely complete.

That's a grand performance 👏
Lots of seventies hits with Bad Company and Free, his two early bands.
The magic of Paul Rodgers.
This is a great choice brother

Middlesbrough.
Hardly a Geordie. Paul is actually a Yorkshireman. Before the border changes, Middlesbrough was a part of God's own county of Yorkshire 😊
My favorite. Dude is still amazing. Glenn Hughes is right there though. Highly recommend you check out Glenn. Black Country Communion the song cold. It’s amazing. Paul doing Simple Man is insane also. Both of them are ridiculously great.
He’s rock , Bad Company, Free. The Firm, toured with Queen for a min
