You can embroider on beanies. I worked at a embroidery company and they do so many beanies. They have certain hoops and tear away backing or stabilizer so all that is left is the embroidery. Maybe UA-cam embrdoring beanies. One love ✌🏼❤ 🧡 💛 💚 💙 💜 🖤

Idk if this is helpful but I just bought a little non-electric push vacuum (like the one's you'd have in you elementary school classroom) for $20 off Amazon to clean up cat litter that ended up on my rug and I was SHOCKED by how much it actually picked up! Almost better than my actual vacuum designed to pick up pet hair! There was so much cat hair and tiny dust particles in there. I think they're called "Carpet cleaners" - could be helpful to have to use only for cleaning up the rugs you're selling!!

A maintenance worker came to fix it and they did the exact same thing. They used my vacuum to suck up water and it didn't work. I felt kind of bad because the worker got fired. I hate that part. But it was in the rules that the maintenance employees were supposed to use the tools supplied by the apartment complex and the guy just didn't want to have to make the trip back to the maintenance shed 😔
I have a handheld dirtdevil you can borrow till you get a new vacuum if you want. It's one of the good ones from back in the day lol. I live in pepperell ma so I'm assuming not that far from you. Actually that would probably be better then getting a proteam like I previously suggested lol
Use fabric stabiliser under what you are embroidering! You can get tear away or wash away and just need enough to fit the frame and the space you are embroidering 🙂

Also have you ever thought about getting a knitting machine and making your own hats and then embroidering them which I'm just assuming is a thing that can be done lol also I love the idea of pairing the web and spider together so cute

Yess you can def embroider right on the beanie. I legit just got an embroidery machine for Christmas, and beanies were probably one of the easiest I've done yet. I'm working with a 5x7 hoop, the smaller hoops are easier. Just check out some tutorials on here, you're gonna be like noooo effin way once u do it. Lol 😂
You should be able to use a stabilizer on the hats to keep them from stretching. I don't do embroidery so I don't have an exact solution for you, but I'm sure you can find the right info by looking into stabilizers for knits for embroidery.

Try using a sticky stabilizer and floating the beanie and top it with a plastic like water soluble stabilizer.
