- Hey y'all! I'm finally upgrading the way I store my yard because it's getting kind of out of hand the way I have it now. It gets so tangled & just falls out so we're going to paint & make a pegboard yarn wall! We carved the ice cream cone rug & the KEYBOARD RUGS!! I'm so in love with these keyboard rugs, they're so cute! A lot of super satisfying yarn carving in this video so take a seat & zone out :)

I love watching you do the rugs. I originally started with your channel when you did resin. I make resin jewelry(925 sterling silver and 18k gold plated) and decor. I love the new adventure you are on.
Get some mounting puddy for the bottom corners. So 1, it does bang around every time you open and close the door and 2 for added stability. you can also add a few bits half way down on the edges. between the screws and the puddy it will be fine.
I have a pegboard for all of my yarn too. I had a bunch of large bolts though that I used instead of the hooks that usually go with the pegboard. I primarily use the really chunky yarn though so I don't have as much yarn on it as I would like. The pegboard itself ends up looking like decor with all the colors.

What if you just use the peg board for the lose ones like the yarn you've used. Since you don't have enough room for all of it.
The yarn surplus is a serious issue lol… I pre-cake all of my yarn and use scotch tape to keep the ends down. Then stack those bad boys on a shelf. That’s been working pretty well for me. I loveeeee the pegboard idea

You know what I love most about your DoorPegBoard? You can easily take it with you and set it up even if you move.
Also, don't forget the power of Zip Ties. If you add on you can just zip tie it together.
Only because I know you were worried about the screws scratching the door, you might want to consider hanging an old sheet or something behind the peg board. The backs of the hooks might scratch 😬 I hope the peg board works the way you want it too! Can't wait to see 😁

Could you add a washer before you put the screw in? Then you can tighten them?
Would lino-stamping the raw peg board work? 🤔😲 It reminds me of your paper and cards.
Also, check out the back of your peg board while it's hanging to see what the Hook vs Door situation is like. If they're going to damage it, maybe you could try using the black felt and/or some scrap rug-backer to protect the door. Or engineer some sort of spacer for the back of the board so there's a gap.

Hey i have a question!?? I know ive sen it in another video, just cant remember which one.. but the cloth tags you put on the bottom of your rugs, how do you apply them do your rugs ? Can you do a Tutorial video!? Im interested in seeing the process!
