I’m trying to learn this too. You have to be very careful with stick deflection. When you pull hard, with too much alpha, you bleed energy very quickly. Practice turning whilst maintaining speed, ideally 360 to 440 knots for best corner speed. It requires very little stick input!

keep the energy in the plane ... no vertical when you are barely 200 knts
