First and foremost, I want to thank you for your honest review of the Arcade1Up Fast & Furious Deluxe Cabinet. Your insight and humor have saved me from potential disappointment and frustration. It's like you're my guardian angel, but instead of wings, you have a joystick and a button masher. Now, I must admit, I'm a bit of a speed demon myself. So, when I heard about the Fast & Furious Deluxe Cabinet, I revved up my engines and immediately hit the gas pedal on purchasing one. Little did I know, I was in for a bumpy ride. The graphics are decent, but let's be honest, they're not exactly winning any races in the visual department. It's like the game designers took a joyride down the uncanny valley and forgot to bring their sense of style along for the ride. And don't even get me started on the controls. Sure, they feel nice and responsive at first, but after a few hours of playtime, my fingers felt like they had just gone through a car wash. I guess you could say my hands were in need of a tune-up. But hey, at least the cabinet looks cool, right? It's like a miniaturized version of the Batmobile, but instead of fighting crime, you're racing against other drivers who are probably just as frustrated as you are. All in all, I would say that the Arcade1Up Fast & Furious Deluxe Cabinet is a decent addition to any home arcade, as long as you're not expecting to break any speed records or win any beauty pageants. Did you order an iiRcade? When this is 299 I am in. I'm 6'5" I appreciate the extra height. The pedals must really suck if they are talking about using the T-80 pedals on it, the Thrustmaster T-80 Wheel is garbage so I expect the wheel to be better on this one which is why I am interested in a dedicated driving cabinet.
I passed in the iiRcade for now. Best Buy couldn’t price match to $299. So both websites iiRcade and Best Buy would be $399 either way. And at $399 it was just a little bit to much for me. Because I’d have to buy the games and guns and control deck. So right now I’m gonna hold off from the iiRcade.

I do have the sinden gun coming but I am ok without Glens Deck for right now, iiRcade just released DLC for Dead Cells and it looks amazing, one of the games I was really pumped to try there. I'm glad they fixed F and F with the update. You have had some bad luck with A1up hardware lately hopefully they take care of you fast brother.

I was going to go wait to get the pedals for the Fast and furious cab, before I ordered the covers, (to insure the covers would be compatible). I have the outrun cab atm, and have pedal covers. Can you confirm if the Fast and Furious Pedals will have the same fitment as the Ridge Racer cab and Outrun cab? Thanks. /cheers
Awesome stuff! You will be happy with it. The pedals are the exact same for outrun, ridge racer, and F&F, so you won’t have any problems with anything!
I think I can speak for everyone when I say, I wish your wife was in this video. I joke, I joke 😂 great anticipated video but I see a lot of reviewers rationalizing that it’s still fun when they also admit that it’s falsely advertised. Personally, I don’t think it’s worth $650 but more so that people shouldnt support shady marketing practices. Subscribed! 😊

Great review. Got mine today. Despite some minor flaws, I’m extremely happy with it. It is alot of fun! For a racing game particularly, I’m surprised it isn’t running at 60fps. The ridge racer cab does, so why couldn’t this. Maybe a patch in the future? But aside from that, I’m just happy they made this at all❤

Just had a good hour on F&F, my god it does look bad though :/ compared to the other cabs they’ve done :/. I’d rather the graphics stay as they are, even a slight resolution drop, and up the frames to 60fps. Even up to 40, even 50 would do. Is it possible though? Could they do it with an update? Despite all this, il be perfectly honest. The game is still so much fun! But yeah a frame boost would be nice. What I’ve found, is that night tracks look better than day.
Hey guys I just ordered my second F&F cabinet. Its on its way. But I understand the cab is going to need the latest firmware in order for me to link them. At the moment my cab has 2023-7-19. Not sure if this is the latest one or not. If I need to update it, how would I do it? Hope some body in the community can help me. Thanks in advance!
Congratulations! Just connect the cab to WiFi out of the box and do all of the updates. Then take it off WiFi and connect the connection cable with both fast and furious, 19kfox does a good video on this. Thank you for the support! 👊🏼
Ordered during the Best Buy deal! The 5 year old is going to want to play. Is there a way to play without the pedals/ auto acceleration? Obviously the kids legs are not going to be able to reach

How do you attach your name to the PIN number ? I get a random name (scoreto) when I use the PIN and my name can be entered on the leaderboards when not using the PIN. Am I missing something ?
Is it really necessary to hide your pin? It can only be used and saved on your cabinet to save your settings, correct. Unless your pin is used for other things then I can understand. Just wondering.
I would assume you can use it in other cabs it would be interesting to see haha, I guess I didn’t wanna chance it tech buzz covered his up so I just followed suit. Better safe then sorry.
@TheCornerCade That makes sense. Is the cab able to save more than one players settings. For example can you use your code to make saves and then your wife save her settings with a different code? So on and so on....

Real machines are great but their heavy and always need repairs. The game as is, is fun. No other co. Is securing and bldg. these cabs besides a1up and I don’t believe this is a game that can be emulated with correct controls so I am very happy with my purchase and if they go on sale, I would buy a second for linking. My 2 cents
This is not the arcade game. 30FPS and very low graphics settings compared to the actual game. Not seeing how this is worth $600. Buy Cruisn Blast and a $100 steering wheel. Way better game and experience.
If you are building a home arcade it’s a must to have with ridge racer and outrun. If you just wanna play this without a home arcade experience then for sure grab the Nintendo switch version and a steering wheel and go nuts. Completely agree, unfortunately I am building a home arcade so I had to spend a little more.
@TheCornerCade That's the point. I have the arcade game and use with a steering wheel unit. This is nowhere near the arcade experience. If not seen or played the arcade game, Ignorance seems bliss here.

I’ve always gave my thoughts either way on my home arcades products both good and bad. I’m a fan of 1up. I love them. That doesn’t mean I work for them or shill for them. I paid for this cab. These are toys at the end of the day they aren’t real arcades. You have to understand the expectations at the end of the day. No one would ever compare a 1up to a REAL arcade that’s bananas. Yes your car will automatically start driving at 5 seconds if you don’t hit the pedals, make sure to download both updates first.

I am 6" 5" and wonder if this would be too small for me. How tall are you. I am just asking to get an idea.
I’m 6 foot even, you may need a booster riser for this, but stuff arcades has really good options!

Yeah so you select a pin when you start out and that will be your profile.
