Getting married in the 1960s and 1970s was a VERY different time. Tell me did your cousin's husband change diapers, go grocery shopping, cook, sit with the kids (and not call it babysitting)? Drive on the school field trips and bake for the bake sales? How about bday, xmas gift shopping? My folks married at 20 and 23 and just celebrated their 62nd anniversary. They did their best and did many things right. There were a team in many ways. But lets be honest marriages in that era (and to an extent now) were held together by the ladies. Many got an early start barely out of their teens and it had nothing to do with maturity-it was just expected. No disrespect to your relatives intended.
Good for her for standing up for what she wanted. She looked lovely in her chosen dress and it’s great that her entourage got behind her. Yes, 19 is young by today’s standards but I know people who got married at that age and even younger and they are celebrating their golden wedding anniversaries.
I know that lots of people are saying 19 is too young to get married. And while it is young, people can find a forever person at a young age. My husband and I met each other when I was 18 and he was 20. After about 2 years together we got engaged and we got married this year in January. My cousin and her husband were high school sweethearts, so were my grandparents and they’ve been together for 55 years. We let teenagers have jobs, bank accounts and drive cars (probably the most dangerous thing someone does on a daily basis) but we don't think they should get married?
I love Lori and Randy but it seems that they manipulate this young and not mature woman into disrespecting her lovely uncle and not trying any more dresses.
Why ! Oh why get married at 19 ! A person's brain does not fully mature intil they are 21.. Why chose to become a mundane housewife looking after a man, cooking, cleaning, babies.. At 19 get an education, travel and fly on your coat tails. Enjoy your life. That uncle knows deep down this girl is too young. It is nearly 2024...girls/women are now more independent and are free to do as they please. I wish this bride all the best and she looks beautiful. Australia

So ???? What does that have to do with anything
I finally got 3 a couple months after I turnt 19.. out of highschool in college maybe she did the same
She isn’t “covered” in them
I love Lori and Randy but it seems that they manipulate this young and not mature woman into disrespecting her lovely uncle and not trying any more dresses.
disrespecting her lovely uncle??? lmao they're js telling her that it's her wedding and she should wear whatever she wants lol.
Too bad about the tattoos.
Too bad, for who, you? Jfc!
She is 19???....go to study, go to the university!!!🤡
mind your own business?
I have questions, is that Randy???
no its monte and lori
I know people like tattoos but it ruins the whole look
Australia
Actually the brain does not fully mature until age 25, I was 19 when I got married and it was a disaster, but I also married an absolute turd lol
Because that is the culture in the deep south. There are thousands of other young women like this
why are some mother's so selfish? The bride must be so happy to leave the nest
She is playing adult, then crying for the dress????
The tattoos throw the dress off😩
Stop with the repeats please. How many times ...geez
She is too young to wear sheer but old enough to get marry 😂
The tattoos ruined the look.
your mouth will ruin yours, better keep it shut.
She grown and can make her own decision. I think people are reacting the way they are because she LOOKS younger, but she's a woman.
❤ ✿❧🌿❧✿ ❤
Repeat.
