      I’ve heard either way works (mouth or nose.) I find it more comfortable breathing out through my mouth.

      Take a breath with nose out with mauth

      It is not a quick fix. I mean it will promote better breathing for your lungs to regulate the moment you do the deep breathing. But again overthinking still make me anxious afterwards

    I got very lightheaded when I took deep breaths.
