I'd say chloe is a must summon. She is literally 1 of a kind. An art gen breaker. She literally can free up an extra unit slot that you would use for an art gen or breaker. Now you got 2 in 1. Plus breakers are the new meta now since more bosses are going to require break to deal dmg or do more dmg. Tons of more of these bosses are coming to global from jp. To anyone who hasn't invested in a breaker you should do so now. At least make your next mlb unit a breaker.
Chloe very strong breaker and pretty effective in the breaking apartment I think she's going to be used more as time goes on especially since jp is in a break meta so she'll definitely be good to have. Also for salter just pure dmg dealer with nutty crit to back her up that's about it for her, her slots personally a support slot would help her then a defense one in my opinion but I think she a cool unit but I prioritize chloe over salter just because Chloe is going to be used more in the future

omg as soon as I got home i tried summoning for 1 multi (cause thats all I could afford,,,I only had 52 gems as I got shafted from fens to overlord banner till shiros banner,,,tho I did got ilya but eh) and I kid you not all that stress was washed away when I saw Roy animation and salter appeared on my screen 😭
I manage to get Salter, farmed her True weapon and Ascend her. Her Super Art does 400k "Super Crit" per hit and has helped me clear a lot of tough World Bosses lol. Funny enough I didn't really know how much of a nuker she was, I just wanted her because A: she's a waifu and B: One of my favorite characters in Fate so ye. During this collab I also manage to get Chloe as well and Shirou Emiya....I'd say as a F2P I made it out like a bandit lol. I would say if you don't have a great DPS, I'd say Salter is worth it. Chloe I would have to build, but I have heard that Chloe is also a beast, so I would say get her too if you can lol.

so far out of the crossover I have miyu shirou and rin/luvia, hoping to get chloe to replace liza (I have war god fen), but only 1/2 multis; overall, I'm probably gonna start saving for star god liza now and then just start saving for haruto/mako returns I also have decent equipment from this, but I wouldn't mind trying to get something like the kanshou or fake nine lives
I got Chloe so I am pretty satisfied with this banner since she was the only one I want. Also, GS Global did confirm that there won't be a part 4. This banner will be the final part unfortunately :/

So it's easy for me to skip dinner after Banner and wait for something that I really really want. So pretty much doing helper rewards and daily log-in bonuses and different little events in the game that reset every week for more crystals
After I got emiya, I got no money and almost no crystals for Salter or Chloe. I got lucky enough to even get Illya. And I spent...an unhealthy amount of money to get Gear 5 Luffy in One Piece Treasure Cruise. So i'm low on all funds. If I get Salter or Chloe. I'll be happy. If not, i'm still happy I got at least 2 of the fate units~ Good luck to everyone!
