I maxed him in multiplayer and still trying to get the tw. The hardest thing in this stage for me was finding the right team of players which makes you feel like you're slowly going insane.
After I beat it a few times in solo, I decided to farm to 140 luck in multi lobbies which just felt like slamming my head against a brick wall repeatedly. At least once I got max luck there was nice sense of accomplishment and the awoken unit looks pretty cool.
Ok for the duels, there are some extra things that need to be mentioned: For mako and haruto: they will take waaaaay more time and haruti can easily die, at least he will die onces, and he never has to use his tw, that's just suicide For mizuki and musse: In this case thr only art gen is mizuki, so that means he will have to defeat the clone quickly, otherwise both units will run out of art gen pretty quickly, using his tw while having a revive on him is advisable, and also bringing a self art gen item like fen's clothes or haruto's santa plushy is suggested Palamicia's farmable shield is really great here, specially for mizuki and haruto
I asked discord for help but didn't find anyone to help me, so I went into multi(as usual) and did it with several groups and it wasn't that bad. After finishing my farm, I went there again to help other players.
I just think the fact that you need the units in a specific order is by far the worst thing cause it's so awful in multiplayer Would actually probably be fun without hellfire
It’s actually not that bad, the hardest part is the first stun threshold, it can be nuked by m12 with tw and hart na. Then it’s smooth sailing. It can be fully Ai, besides revive items, they have to be manually done.
Its like when ganan first came out, people struggling, cheaters hacking but then we overcame it and get a peace. But you know something is wrong if the only way you could clear it is with specific unit comp with no replacement and equips. The biggest problem here is some genius on stage design team decided to block lifesteal on a hellfire stage.
The only “hard things” is finding a team in multiplayer if you don’t have the units w/ correct equipment and bless necklacing the right units. Overall it’s one of the better stages because of the dual mechanic.
And someone who does act like the biggest jerk on planet. Im helping someone cleared it then this dude named Ronan or something keep blaming people who doesnt play like him, while i died cause he got slowhand.

I've attempted the boss and let me tell you at the 30% threshold of the boss my friend's mako died and I started fighting the air but we got back into and grinded the hell out of him until we both got him to luck 140 but you're wonder is he worth your pain and suffering hell no despite everything you went through he is not worth the trouble tho his animations look cool and his design his true art modifier is low being only 40k(5k less than the original ginzo) ik with his true third eye he has 200% increased dmg with his true arts giving him 100% because he's a dark unit but 9 out of 10 times you're not going to fight a human boss but It will activate on giant bosses which is good but then we gotta talk about his arts and skill which don't complement his style skill heals blind but that's it they could've added some 10 or 20 art gauge up something like that but than their his arts which has an 80% chance to paralyze an enemy and if he's in true third eye he gains 30 art gauge this I can get behind but the paralyze like what. It should've been something like reducing an enemy's dark or physical res to further enhance his dmg for his true arts but yeah he's not worth the pain but a cool unit if you're looking for a cool and fun unit to use in multi lobbies
They really should have made a whole new Arena Effect. Maybe “Shadow Area” or something. It essentially functions like Hellfire, but only for units that are not inflicted with a status ailment.
Ginzo's mechanic is cool, but the problem is that the battle system is not equipped to handle something so unique like that AT ALL. Why make a mechanic that majority of players can't counteract?

It would of been nice if he had intimidation like with Est because he’s a giant boss slayer also I think they could of made him a 6 star unit that way all of our hard work for beating him doesn’t turn out to be wasted
Even worse are the people, that after waiting for 15 minutes to finally have a team, just instant quit after the first time the team failed to beat the boss

Hellfire wouldn't be as bad if he DIDN'T decide to be Resistant to Lifesteal ! It's the only stage ever with Hellfire / dmg reflect where you can't lifesteal. So Exceeds/ Goblin dagger/ Life steal units are useless.
After days of try and error I finally to accomplish it twice 😂it was a killer if you didn’t have musse it is possible with Aristela or Adele so I heard rumours about haven’t try them but would like to see if it possible 😅
Yeah SPEX is fine in my opinion. You don't need Mizuki. Hellfire isn't that strong there. I pulled it of with Vox - Cestina - Hart - Rimuru. There are many ways to beat him there, just don't use a dmg dealer and if like in my case vox, only to spam arts to heal/boost stats.
It’s false difficulty if there were actually ways to counteract hellfire and counter damage and life steal resist than this would be so much more fun but the fact that it’s downright incompletable without certain units and positioning … and every has to know what to do with equips while having to play with new players who most likely will only have Musse or Hart it’s legit bullshit difficulty if there were more characters to deal with hellfire so many other people would be able to complete this … it basically feels like an exclusive event which is understandable since Luck units are really for vets I still find it dumb there’s no chance in hell of beating it without a specific setup with one possible change you can make
The issue is people have the characters but no equipment and I can't blame them there's been no good equipment banners in months so lot of people just lacking in that criteria this boss is for vets
Well tbh the thing that makes this difficult is the 2%counter dmg and the positioning thing is a super headache for multi-player, plus the thing is that it requires very specific units and very very small units you can swap with. So for a new player this is definitely not for them. They should at least buff up the regular spex for the awakening and make it so you could get guaranteed 1 luck on regular spex or have them have this at least so they can eventually have him, if i was new I rather do this 140times for his luck.

And yes, that would be a great idea. Though it would be difficult balance. Without being able to buff specific units, you would have to buff like a race/element. While it would make it easier for newer players, it would also make it pathetically easy for late-game players. Like let's say you buff Demons hypothetically, to give buffs to like rags in your example, or maybe grad and nier both luck units. While newer players might have an easier time using an unawoken grad and and unawoken nier, it also lets late game players beat the stage in two seconds flat using Juno and Vox, both also demons. You might be able to give very slight buffs to certain races/elements on stages to make it easier for new game players, but you can't make jt too drastic otherwise it's pathetic for late game players I think JP grandsummoners has the right idea though with Dream Evolutions though. Being able to power up older units so that they can contend with newer stages is a better option then weakening newer stages so new players can contend. (Maybw they'll eventually dream evo the 4 star units and make them somewhat viable idk)
Already cleared this on the 2nd day of his release max luck and Already crest it only 4 star though 4+ gonna take too long and not gonna waste a lot of stamina for a luck unit
Its pretty difficult but I was able to beat him and max luck him. Im not a great player but was still able to clear. Its possible as long as you do the right moves in the match and have the right equips.
It’s also dumb how they drop all these characters every month that basically tell you nuke the game and when you finally get a hard event you can’t even use any of them it’s very stupid for them to make majority of the game characters for nuking then drop and event out of no where that super tedious I’m not nuking and damage management

Imagine doing this on coop, where you need to joggle randoms, because this is the boss that requires you to have like 4 out of 5 units out of all gs units to be placed according to some scheme. Fantastic. And they decided to turn off lifesteal, so it is more cancer than level 4 of smoggdragon island. Bravo.
For a ftp game this is absolutely horrible game design. If your as unlucky like me then ypu dont even have these units. So even being forced to play this way is bad design. They need to do better planning when events like this otherwise players will get shut out because of this.

Yeah the mission is fairly difficult, although I have seen Adele swapped for musse and be able to fc if you don't have her.
Obviously not too hard if someone with ainz shalltear and albedo was able to clear it under 2 minutes….

So I can confirm you can sub Rimuru for 12th Mizuki. It's not super helpful BUT it breaks the chain on exact unit set ups.
