Which part of Norway does your nephew live in? I live in Porsgrunn, southwest of Oslo, our capital. In Northern Norway, such as Tromsø for example, it is dark in winter, but light 24 hours a day in summer. In the southern part of Norway where I live, it is not so dark in winter 😊

Malin she is in Portugal for a couple of years, and by the time she came, she had the biggest motivation, she had to work on something, and the language always comes as an important connection. Well, after actually missing you, I'm glad to see you're still in the real estate business. As stupid as it may sound, I like your English... and I can say that because it's not my native language either. Unfortunately, Portugal is a little too far from Austria, too far to make a quick detour to a second home. I also have a wife who is a passionate grandmother and cannot possibly be away from our three grandchildren for more than seven days (there could well be more grandchildren). But I'll at least click on a subscription as a consolation! 🙂
Dear Tom, women's they are almost always more sentimental, and connected to kids. Is natural, and family should be the strongest connection every one of we should had. I'm also a mom and know how hard a distance can be. If you keep on that side, who knows if one day your family takes the time to such a big change. Nothing is impossible. Unfortunately, it's only possible during the school holidays and grandma and grandpa take vacation... after all, we still have to make sure that the state collects enough taxes from us. But in a few years, when we're retired... that won't be possible either, because my son has been talking about family for some time now... and so I'll probably rather be entertaining the grandchildren than harvesting olives in Portugal! 😞

Hello Mary. So this is a matter that is only, for now being discuss about what will be. This discussion is nothing yet, so just after this, they will decided that this will be a matter for a decision or not. From what i understood, this was like a paradise for some of, that only been charged once in their country for their pension and profits, something that they are trying to take from the country. So the state considerer to make them pay a tax when they leave it, and again when they come in another country. This is very personal, and me as a portuguese living in Portugal, for now i never thought about leaving it, and we pay a lot of taxes on personal and companies, is the only way to support heath, public schools, transportation, roads and motorways, and so on We all support what we have, if 30% of people don't pay, is shore that will be even harder for the other 70%. Let's see what Mr Costa say's after this meeting.

Работа двумя ведущими - спорна( фальшивые восторги, наигранное удивление и тому подобное...). Попробуйте делать видео по-очереди, обращаться непосредственно к зрителю . Не к оператору камеры!!!! Объяснений по поводу закрытия предыдущего проекта делать не надо ( умные и так все понимают , а дуракам объяснять ни к чему). Не надо тащить в новый проект старую карму , никаких больше шуток про жопу и насос и т.п.. Это бизнес, а не стенд-апп шоу. Google-перевод стал лучше. На будущее - оператору купить мощный фонарь и повесить на пояс для подсветки съемки в темном помещении.Светить в потолок. Обязательно снимать потолки , стыки пола и стен на предмет протечек, трещин , плесени. Указывать материал стен, перекрытий , крыши несущих балок ....Крупный план на деревянной стропильной системе ( можно еще постучать по ней палкой или молотком). Озвучивать класс энергоэффективности . Проходить весь участок НОГАМИ!!!!! От точки к точке . Агента кормят ноги . Никаких отговорок что мне лень , сегодня сыро, граница где то там... Хороших продаж!

I think the video was very good for a new channel. Sometimes it was too slow, and some subjects were missing. The garage was not shown very well, and the window views were not included. Also the general look of the house from front and back I did not see.
But, in general, well done!

Well, after actually missing you, I'm glad to see you're still in the real estate business. As stupid as it may sound, I like your English... and I can say that because it's not my native language either. Unfortunately, Portugal is a little too far from Austria, too far to make a quick detour to a second home. I also have a wife who is a passionate grandmother and cannot possibly be away from our three grandchildren for more than seven days (there could well be more grandchildren). But I'll at least click on a subscription as a consolation! 🙂
Dear Tom, women's they are almost always more sentimental, and connected to kids. Is natural, and family should be the strongest connection every one of we should had. I'm also a mom and know how hard a distance can be.
If you keep on that side, who knows if one day your family takes the time to such a big change. Nothing is impossible. Meanwhile we would love to see you on that side supporting us. Take care.

Unfortunately, it's only possible during the school holidays and grandma and grandpa take vacation... after all, we still have to make sure that the state collects enough taxes from us. But in a few years, when we're retired... that won't be possible either, because my son has been talking about family for some time now... and so I'll probably rather be entertaining the grandchildren than harvesting olives in Portugal! 😞

O serviço de fornecimento de ágau, dependendo do concelho onde está sediado, poderá ser feito pelo município ou por empresa externa. É um processo simples em qualquer habitação já existente, pois poderá pedir a conexão do serviço ou mudança de titular, conforme for a situação. No caso de não existir qualquer instalação anterior, terá de se proceder ao pedido de novo contador, ao que lhe serão possivelmente feitos alguns requerimentos de condições básicas.

Hello Mary. So this is a matter that is only, for now being discuss about what will be.
This discussion is nothing yet, so just after this, they will decided that this will be a matter for a decision or not.
From what i understood, this was like a paradise for some of, that only been charged once in their country for their pension and profits, something that they are trying to take from the country. So the state considerer to make them pay a tax when they leave it, and again when they come in another country.
This is very personal, and me as a portuguese living in Portugal, for now i never thought about leaving it, and we pay a lot of taxes on personal and companies, is the only way to support heath, public schools, transportation, roads and motorways, and so on
We all support what we have, if 30% of people don't pay, is shore that will be even harder for the other 70%.
Let's see what Mr Costa say's after this meeting.
С возвращением. Для стартового видео - неплохо. Хороший дом .Хороший участок . Качество съемки - посредственное ( нужна другая камера или изменение настроек съемки). Работа двумя ведущими - спорна( фальшивые восторги, наигранное удивление и тому подобное...). Попробуйте делать видео по-очереди, обращаться непосредственно к зрителю . Не к оператору камеры!!!! Объяснений по поводу закрытия предыдущего проекта делать не надо ( умные и так все понимают , а дуракам объяснять ни к чему). Не надо тащить в новый проект старую карму , никаких больше шуток про жопу и насос и т.п.. Это бизнес, а не стенд-апп шоу. Google-перевод стал лучше. На будущее - оператору купить мощный фонарь и повесить на пояс для подсветки съемки в темном помещении.Светить в потолок. Обязательно снимать потолки , стыки пола и стен на предмет протечек, трещин , плесени. Указывать материал стен, перекрытий , крыши несущих балок ....Крупный план на деревянной стропильной системе ( можно еще постучать по ней палкой или молотком). Озвучивать класс энергоэффективности . Проходить весь участок НОГАМИ!!!!! От точки к точке . Агента кормят ноги . Никаких отговорок что мне лень , сегодня сыро, граница где то там...

thank god otherwise we would sell only houses without it. For me, in this new way of living, i do not give a big use for a bidet, but it takes a lot of space in a bathroom. But you can keep mine 🤪

Alegro-me voltar a vê-la por estes lados. Uma janela basculante é só basculante, encontram-se tipicamente nas casas de banho ou janelas de sótão. Uma janela que bascula e abre chama-se oscilobatente.
