What a nice, really big house finished to a high standard. The solar system is one of the most extensive that I've seen plus ceiling fans. I never see ceiling fans in homes in Portugal. No work to do on this beauty and room for everyone.

By the way, Lavegadas isn't at all at that high an elevation. I used an online altitude map, and the village church is only 181 metres above sea level, the cemetery is at 176m, so the house can't be more than about 200-250m above sea level.

There was a particular house...the 2 story schirtz(?) house with the sawmill in the distance. Old vines that covered the court yard and had the old boat...is this still available?
I don't see an ensuite bathroom for the master bedroom as mentioned in the description. There is only one bathroom on the entire main floor??
Well oh my goodness don't have a stroke. The bathroom is right next to the master bedroom like right door you walk out of the master bedroom and the bathroom is right there. There are two bedrooms on the top floor of two suites on the bottom floor each of those has their own bathroom 🙃

Olá, eu compreendo o ponto de vista. Mas ao momento qualquer valor de construção por m2 está > 1000€/m2, quando multiplicado por toda a área desta moradia, incluindo os acabamentos e todo o sistema de suporte de aquecimento.
