There is 5v present around usb type c port but not jumps to 20v... Where is the problem?

It can be because of many reasons. First, you have to check where the shortage is. Because, shortage can be one of the reason.

Being new to servicing it is difficult to follow what you are doing.because at the start you don't say what you are going to do .The meter was switched to resistance and you where taking measurement and saying ""no power""this sounds crazy to me.Please explain what and why you are doing each measurement next time.I didn't like your video sorry
