This ultra-rare vocal version of "Safe Haven" was originally supposed to be used as the credits theme or main theme to Gun Survivor 4, but for some reason it was replaced with Rize's "Gun Shot." Personally, I enjoy "Heroes Never Die" a lot more.
Bruce McGivern's voice actor, Raj Ramayya sings this song himself, and apparently came up with the lyrics, too. He does a great job! Cowboy Bebop fans know him better as the singer for "Ask DNA."
The backstory on this song is quite interesting. GUN SURVIVOR 4's official website had this pegged as either the credit song or main theme- it even had a "Special Lyric Video" for it! But when the game officially came out, it was no where to be seen. In fact, this song can only be found on one of sanodg's (very rare) albums.
As for the video itself, I based it upon the aforementioned "Special Lyric Video" that could be found on the now defunct GUN SURVIVOR 4 BIOHAZARD HEORES NEVER DIE official site. (An archived copy can be found here: • Resident Evil: Dead Ai... ) I mixed my own editing style with elements and ideas from the original video to get what you see now.
Of special note, this video contains the highest quality version of this song on UA-cam. All versions before this either have artifacts, an inferior bitrate, terrible compression, etc. I have personally made sure, as a Pro Tools Certified individual, that this song is in the highest quality as humanly possible (without the use of filters or upscaling, of course.) - Ігри

This song feels like a tribute to all the resident evil characters we idolized growing up.Chris, Jill, Claire and Leon will never die!

This song makes me think what have Bruce and Fong been up to since this game. Capcom most likely forgot about these characters, yeah they aren't the main cast or the Winters family but it would be nice to know their current whereabouts.
It wasn't the BEST Resident Evil, but it wasn't bad at all: with this new Remake Wave, I hope the game gets reborn into a fine masterpiece... ❤️

Underrated music
This tastes like PS1-era survival horror: Parasite Eve, Resident Evil and Dino Crisis. Refreshing, eerie and futuristic.
