Businessman volunteers to barbecue for all Fulton County Jail workers

Mr. Vinson Butler,III, we cannot thank you enough for your generosity, kindness, and good cooking! It was so thoughtful of you to donate and prepare more than 800 meals for all the workers on all shifts at the Fulton County Jail. This has been a challenging period for all of us and your act of kindness will forever be a fond memory of how one man can make a difference.
Mr. Butler shutdown his trucking business VB3 during the coronavirus COVID-19 emergency shelter in place declaration due to health concerns for himself and others. He says he has enjoyed spending time with his family and they decided they wanted to do something special for Fulton County Jail staff members who are on the frontlines risking their lives to look after inmates and keep our community safe.
Mr. Butler took everyone’s dietary needs into consideration as he planned the huge family feast for staff. His family helped grill and serve the meals for jail and medical staff on morning watch, day watch, and evening watch.
