People are so cynical now. Back in the 60s they said we'd have flying cars by now. But modern humans are saying no - don't try to do new amazing things. Do what everyone else is doing. Why cure aging when global warming not solved. Why go to Mars when there are starving children. Why do anything why not just go back to bed. People LET'S GO. You can't make anything happen without making it happen.

You'd really support people going to Mars, rather solving the issues we have on Earth? Ok. Don't call others cynical for being reasonably concerned about the selfish desires of people in positions of power. You can be immature & fall for this BS, while billionaires steal money from people, if you want to; you just enable the delay of human decency.
Get everyone off the streets, first. Then, we could talk about escaping to a different planet (that only rich people would be able to escape to).

Most nations spend huge amounts on healthcare, of which most is for late life treatments that dont even bring value back.
This tech can scale much better than current treatments, and be able to let people live and work like 20 years longer. Healthcare would no longer be an expense but instead net trillions for global GDP.

For me, being over 30 years old now, I'd much rather be between the ages of 24 and 27, which is where it seemed like I peaked in terms of my physical strength and ability and perhaps cognitively as well. And it's not like you look or feel old at that age or your immune system is really any weaker than it was in the early 20's.
It also has to be said, an attractive man in that age range seems to have little difficulty competing with 18 to 23 year old men for the 21 to 24 year old women that most men seem to find most attractive.
So, yeah, that age range is the "sweet spot" for me.

If you could turn back the biological clock to any age, what would it be and why? Please state your current age for reference.
I'm 40 years old and I would choose 27, because I believe that's the "sweet spot" of still looking and feeling relatively young and youthful, yet it's very close to, if not exactly, the point where you physically peak (as a male), in terms of physical strength, athletic performance, and endurance. I could be wrong here, but I'm also convinced it was around that age that I peaked in overall cognitive performance.
I want to say my reaction time peaked just a bit earlier, perhaps around age 24 or 25, maybe even sooner, but I doubt it was enough of a difference to justify choosing that age (let's say it was 24) in order to have that back.
The "young" women that most men seem to agree are the most attractive (I'd estimate that range to be somewhere between the ages of 23 and 27 for most men), regardless of their own age, also seem to be within the realm of likely "open for business," if you get what I'm saying...
So, yeah, 27 seems like a good spot to land, for me...

Is reversing aging good idea at all? Today you can havean economy where the number of young people entering the workforce matches the number leaving due to retirement, permanent injury or death, sort of equilibrium. If people stop aging, there's no need of retirement. When nobody exit the workforce the economy has to grow a lot faster to absorb new entrants. I am not sure if this is possible. There are finite constraints on economies. When we reach these limits what then?

Death is inevitable. The key is to make the most of each and everyday towards longevity in mental and physical fitness for the unpredictable duration of a purposeful life. We are biological life forms and thru the cycles we form the ecology all around externally and within us. Not sure if living to 500 plus years old regenerating the cells of the same life form can be the best path towards next level evolution. That said, if there are medical breakthroughs that would improve quality of life for those suffering from terminal illnesses, that would be helpful. Mortality though makes TIME all the more precious and meaningful.
