Hi there...I run a digital agency with 7-20 clients at any given time. Based on your experience, would you recommend having ONE Workspace for EACH client...so, in this case, 7-20 Workspaces...or simply create a Client Workspace and create a new Board for each client? Trying to figure out the best strategy...I appreciate your feedback, thank you!
Hi Adam. Apologies for the late response. We recommend multiple workspaces, Trello recently introduced a member cap per Workspace, so now its virtually not possible to run it like this on the FREE version, however if you have the PAID version this won’t be an issue. We recommend using different workspaces per client as you can then dedicate different boards for different tasks. Maybe creating a board for the content team, one for the digital services you offer, etc. We hope this helps.
