I wonder how are clients suposed to want to get into learning trello etc... i think its easier for them to just hire a freelancer and have meetings
Hey, so that will depend on who you are targeting. I'd say 90% of "design subscriptions" A.K.A retainers are targeted at scaling tech companies. In that market, if one is not familiar with tools like Trello, Asana or even Notion, there is a big chance the person won't get hired.
If you are targeting more Mom and Pops businesses, I wouldn't even use the term subscription. This will trigger the thought of expenses, and more bills to cover. Also, they will most likely not have any sort of tech stack == I'd what you recommend.
For me, 95% of my clients are SaaS. So Trello is something everyone I work with knows how to use. Even...how to use it better than I do
