Videos proves u can have healthy , long relaxed/texlaxed hair. I absolutely love it
Michelle Mimi you're very pretty
Okay, this is extremely tempting as a natural lol
Hillary Dunkley don’t do it...it’s a set up my Hebrew.
The moment your hair is no longer fun is the time you should do something different. I am tired of my hair, our hair being a political statement. Just do you. Dang.
Natural, permed, relaxed, it doesnt matter... she has a beautiful head of hair. Stop the belly aching , watch, and learn . Whether natural or relaxed we ALL can learn from her videos because I am natural and I know that I have! Furthermore, you cant get feather fluffing advice from bald chickens!
I'm relaxer free but I watch all your videos. I like that you are showing ppl how to properly apply relaxer .
Lashaunda Payton Villarreal.... and take care of their hair, natural or not. She has very professional videos.
You're results were banging! I enjoyed watching touch up videos and I'm natural and don't discriminate at all! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾😉😍
hey leeny!!!!!
Leeny Lynn hey girl lol getting my Viewing in just left your channel ❤️
Leeny Lynn I thought it was just me!! 😂😂😂
Hey everybody!! 🤗🤗🤗 Lols!
Christ!! Before watching this I didn't believe a person could have relaxed hair that is healthy and thick. Well I stand corrected!! Your hair is gorgeous and so are you.😍
yes ..you can have relaxed healthy long hair people!
smh... why are people mad about what she's doing with HER hair? There's no rule that you can't use "natural" products on relaxed or texlaxed hair....
Heather Roebuck Thank you!!!
Heather Roebuck thank you. I use all natural products in my relaxed hair and I use grease too...LOL!
The reason I texlaxed my hair. Before I went natural my hair was long, thick and healthy. When I transitioned to natural, my hair starting breaking off and stopped growing. I am over this natural hair thing.
SweetBasil you gotta cut off the straight ends or you won't retain length at all...or at least trim and deep condition weekly
SweetBasil that's perfectly normal for your hair to start changing when you revert to natural. It has to get used to not being chemically processed. But natural is not for everyone, and so is relaxers lol.
You probably didn't find what worked well for your hair Coz u didn't give it enough of a chance. Also natural hair isn't really meant to break any more than relaxed hair so you probably weren't looking after it properly.
SweetBasil That's what happened to me.
Love my relaxed hair!
You have to take care of ur hair. What do you expect? You've been dealing with relaxed hair for years but somehow you don't have the patience to see what your natural hair likes?? Give me a break.
Thanks for such a detailed, informative video. Your hair is very healthy and flowing. I'm considering getting perms again. I had a length similar to yours a few years ago. The stress of losing my mother and depression caused massive hair loss and breakage. I now feel strong enough and ready for texlax. Please ignore all the naysayers. Your doing a excellent job.
BOMB results! Love the texture and thickness xoxo
You make this look so easy! Le sigh, I'll live vicariously through you.
Since ive texlaxed my hair it has been growing. Your video was one that made me do my 1st texlax back in May
Mia Leonard really? How do you take care of it? I wanted to do it but I've been natural and I'm afraid that I won't know what to do with it if it's texlax
Girl it is the best. I use just for me texlax i am going to try what she used. But i deep condition my hair every week for about 30 min to an hour. I put cantu argan oil conditioner in my head everynight or every other. I also put every other night or twice a week jamaican black mango castor oil. I spritz or damp my hair like 3 times a week. My hair is now to my shoulders. My twist outs do mot become afros anymore lol.
beautiful hair. great video. i was natural, then relaxed, natural again and thinking about texturizing...I don't get caught up in all the natural vs. relaxed issues cause they really are irrelevant in the grand scheme of things.
What I don't understand is how in the world you can leave that on for 15 minutes and smooth it through and still come out with so much texture. I can leave one in for 5 minutes no smoothing and end up with damn near bone straight hair. And my hair is not thin at all. I've even ended with almost straight hair using a texturizer made for kids 😑
Sausha Kamara that's what I'm wondering
Sausha Kamara what's your natural hair texture curl pattern
Sausha Kamara Last week I used the normal Olive oil relaxer on my 4C low-cut hair... I left it in for about 45 minutes (because I know my hair is sort of resistant). I combed the relaxer through at around 3 minutes from the beginning.... would you believe me if I said the relaxer did little-to-almost nothing? ??? Like, if I didn't tell anyone, one would think I did nothing to my hair. It was an experiment though. I do know that the combing/smoothing process is supposed to help so maybe it's because I didn't really do that. I bought the extra strength. hopefully I'll be using it in the near future to Texlax.
mama nono very tight pen spring coils, I don't know what 4 category that falls in.
lovelyd9 well maybe it's the relaxers for me. I even tried just for me texturizer and got straight hair.
I love how detailed your videos are. Your hair texture is so pretty. Do you color your hair? Also, how often do you relax/texlax?
Folks just ASSUMING this woman is natural! Lol and getting angry with her too! Smh!
thank you for not going natural. Relaxed girls are running out of inspiration. once again thank you.
Brittney R. Exactly there's not too many & I like to see how others do their hair. I learned a lot that can help with my own relaxed hair
I’ve been natural all my life but watching these videos are so relaxing lol.
Beautiful Hair!😉
Your hair is so incredibly beautiful! I had mid- back length textlaxed hair and I recently chopped it to shoulder length because of stress..lol! PLEASE keep doing more videos for hairstyles and treatments that will help me grow my hair back to that length fast! I've been following you for the longest time, I can't wait to have hair like you! xo
Love the results. I would like know where did you buy the pink gloves from. Let me know please.😊
You have the healthiest relaxed hair 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Beautiful results!! I want to transition from natural to texlax .. any tips on a virgin texlax so I don't get over processed results?
I don't think it's too big of a risk. I texlaxed with armpit length hair and I'm doing just fine. I use s curl activator then prettywitty77s conditioner mix after. I texlaxed three to two times a year. just make sure you keep your hair well moisturized and you should be fine
Hi ,just wanted to know ,how long have you been texlaxing, what's your hair type, and how often do you use heat on your hair? Your hair looks healthier than a lot of naturals including me.
i really love your hair
i will be trying all your stuff wait patiently for my hair to grow long and think.
How often do you texturize in a year or how many weeks do you stretch youyr texlax? Beautiful results as usual!😊💖
Please do an updated hair straightening video!!
Looks beautiful great job hon!
You're hair is beautiful and relaxing it can damage your curls/waves
Tai Wilson Clueless
I use to love mixing my relaxers now I just mix my aunts your videos are so to the point and detailed 🙌🏾
That was really smart as well to straighten your hair weeks prior it makes sense this is how you properly should relax lol I'm telling everyone 😂 #lengthgoalssomeday
I'm really amazed at your results!!
your hair is everything
Your hair is absolutely beautiful!
Wonderful job and your hair is gorgeous!!!
i love watching your videos and thank you for showing how you actually do it! how do you like that relaxer? I've been wanting to try it. also, how often do you texlax and do you have a video/wash routine for post relaxer care? I'm curious to see what you do with your hair between relaxers.
beautiful hair hun
This works beautifully for you
Hi Babylon, pretty hair. How did you get it to grow so thick? Don't you need two boxes of relaxer?
Hey Babilon your hair is always beautiful !😍
beautiful hair ❤❤
I wanna relax but I'm scared. What hair type were u before u texlaxed. And how did u keep your hair thick and healthy. Was it thick and healthy when u first Texlaxed?
Loving the results! 😍
Great job, thanks for sharing. I noticed that you didn't comb through your new growth this time. I was just wondering!!!! thanks
AFRICANwithCURLS yea I noticed too guess she changed up they way she does it just a lil bit
Make me wanna texlax so baddd😬🤤
how is it possible to have such beautiful curls after applying a relaxer for 15 minutes??
kilia101 she didn't leave it on for the full time. The longer you leave it in the straighter your hair gets. If she has naturally tighter curls the texlax only loosens the curls
Could you explain to me the difference between texlaxing and relaxing? Also, your results were simply gorgeous!
Relaxing is when you relax your natural curl pattern to get the hair bone straight.
Texlaxing is relaxing only slightly for a small amount of time, to leave some texture in the hair. That's why her hair is straight at the roots, but its also curly/wavy from hair shaft to ends.
@agendagurl thanks for that explanation, I've always been confused. ☺☺😍
Becky Silky
Your welcome! glad I helped :)
Perfection 👍🏾
agendagurl oh thank you! I've always been so curious.
is it necessary to do a protein treatment prior to relaxing a virgin hair?
Love your hair!
Wow your hair is Gorgeous
Beautiful hair!!
Great video,good job!
Love this video. What was your hair type before your first texlax?
gorgeous hair
I'm ready to do this. my hair is becoming so unruly
wow ur hair came out amazing... how many weeks post relaxer were u?
beautiful hair and video
Thank you fir sharing this video. My hair is 4c hard, thick and dry. Should l comb it with the relax cream?
Did texlaxing your hair give you more volume ?
What exactly is texlaxed? How is it accomplished? Serious answers please... 🙂
Perfect.
Your hair is beautiful ma, is 15 minutes only half the required time? Please i'm transitioning from permed to texlax.
Do you have a video on how to do a protein treatment for texlax Hair?
pretty pretty
Does it leave a chemically smell ?
How often do you get re touch. And for how long do u let it sit once applied?
How many relaxers do you do a year?
Will hair grow better if its relaxed? Because its easier to manage.
Gorgeous
Thanks for sharing
Where can we find the Silk Elements Kera Minerals DC? I have looked all over for it and can't find it anymore...if you have any current deets..pls share. Love your videos always!! Thanks for sharing...
+Rondia Davis we are going to have to find a new Deep conditioner 😾 I can't find it either😿.
Was your hair straight before you relaxed it ?
Detailed video. How many weeks post are you?
I use the same perm but my hair comes out more straight i leave for 20 minutes i am Nigerian and Jamaican.... should i cut my time down? please give me some advice
Can you show us how you deep condition
hi... watched this already but i decided to ask
how many times do you relax your hair in a year
kindly reply BabilonKay
😘
+Davina Addo Twice to Three times a year
Babilon Kay
thank you so much.
much love😃
How did it turn curly after you relaxed it?
can I use hair food instead of petroleum jelly?
Hi there. So NO SMOOTHING after applying relaxer @Babilim Kay??
Yes you smooth at least a little bit hun
How do u stretch between your relaxers?
How often do you wash your hair
if you texlax your hair, then how is it still curly? I'm being rude but I've never of texlax before and I never seen anyone use it
Cheyenne Moore texlaxing means you purposely under process your hair.
SuperPhdiva thanks. and her hair still natural to me so.
Cheyenne Moore Natural means no chemical processing, so she is not natural.
Andrea Dunham unless you don't use shampoo or anything then you use chemicals. Sit down somewhere
pretty
Has is occur to you that you don't need the hair crack?
+Chad George 🤔 Has it occurred to you that every single person has right to what they want to their own body. And why are you watching as you put it “hair crack” videos?
Wait I’m confused ... the packet says relaxer but her hair isn’t straight after the shower 👀👀
Is there a difference between *TEXLAXED and RELAXED* ?how is your hair curly after
The Journey Of Awesomeness Bc she didn't leave the relaxer on long. And some don't work the relaxer in with a comb to get it bone straight. Some texlaxers add oils and conditioners to the relaxer to make it less strong.
GlamNP oh ok thanks
The Journey Of Awesomeness YW!
How long does it take to get texture like that if it's your first time.... I am relaxed i haven't put a relaxer in for about 4 months now... idk what to do
okaee, Thank you so much
Did you ever comb through your hair after relaxer was applied. I saw that you used the back of the comb.
For everyone watching later Never comb through a relaxer the bonds are already breaking down it could break your hair only smooth start with the courses part first usually back to front Leave on 10 minutes after quick application don’t get it in you eyes squint if you have to lol
How is this different from a perm? I'd also like to add, what you do with your hair should be your business. Unless someone else is offering to do it for free👀
Diane Eze perm is making ur hair bone straight or for white folk curly but she doesnt leave it for as long as the box says so it just changes the texture
@babilon kay, how often u touch up ur hair with relaxer?
Jenelle Jeatto she said, two to three times a year
I don't have anything against people wearing their hair relaxed, it's just not for me. I love my kinky curly thick TWA.
Tara Quinch and she loves her thick waist length hair. Small world
puedes haser videos en español porfi es q no entiendo
Carmen Mena Ella no habla español. Quizás alguien puede añadir subtitulos en español.
Wait so when you texturize your hair are you supposed to cover all of your hair or only some parts?
5 dislikes, why?!
Diva Devine That's what I want to know!
Diva Devine natural nazis probably hh
Hi, how often do you texlax?
Davina Joshua she said 2-3 times a year
so jealous
Lol how in the hell are u getting all that curl pattern in your hair by doing this?.. my hair is dwn to my shoulders and I'm not trying to completely straighten it like that's exactly how I want it to be, my hair is so thick that it tends to be hard to maintain which is why I relaxed but I dnt want it completely straight
FreshWaves1 dont leave it on for how long the box says leave it half the time or less and her hair wasnt permed it was just straightend for easy application
so your hair has to be fully relaxed before you can telax?
Chevannese Mendez no bby she flat ironed it weeks prior for easy appication
Henny The Indigo oh OK thanks
does no lye relaxers burn?
Drinah Hack A no ser que tú vasilina
not usually, no lye relaxers are easier on the scalp but harsher on your hair
if she relaxed it why'd it get curly?
Unique 19 that's what texlaxed is, means u leave texture is your hair & purposely under process your hair by leaving the relaxer in only a few mins instead of relaxing bone straight
Michelle Mimi sooooo does it stay like that?
Unique 19 yes it does if done right, u can't leave the relaxer in long or it will get straight. U get the best of both worlds. Ppl also think I'm natural cause I wear my hair curly
Michelle Mimi and it won't pull your hair out?
Unique 19 well hun I can't say cause everyone's hair is different. As u can see she has long relaxed hair, I have long hair & so does a lot of Texlaxed women. U have to treat, your hair cause it can break wether relaxed or natural. Do your research & make the best decision for u, that's what I did & I love it
