Definitely the clearest, and most professional and pleasant explanation I've seen so far for this game. The rhythm of speaking, the phases, the visuals and camera close-up shots.. So approachable.. And after seen several others - That is not obvious! A Non-Dice-Tower-subscriber's judgement: EXCELLENT!
I already knew the rules so I can attest this was a flawless explanation. Nice, I can come back for a quick refresher when needed instead of reading the rulebook again. Thanks you two.
Just a silly little note but when you perform the mulligan you don’t discard any cards, they get shuffled in to the draw deck. So many rules with this game!
Miniatures look fantastic but the game feels... lackluster. I maybe wrong but that's what I feel after the video. PS: Not to take anything away from the video, it's fantastic and very clear. That's why I could draw such a conclusion.
I cant decide if this game is sounding interesting or extremely boring lol. Definitely one I feel like you need to play to get a good feel for. Love the art and weapons, not sold on the gameplay nor fighting system. Feels like it might get pretty samey pretty quick. Also love exploration part of some of these games and this appears to have been trimmed out for this. Very nice video however.
Cost a pretty penny but I just had to all in back this game. Love the smaller board, huge monster minis, And deck building. If it's as good as people say it is gonna be playing this for a long time.
I really wanted to back it, but there is no story! Or at least haven’t shown any story. Just defeat a monster, then fight a different one all over again. Not enough variety for me, unfortunately
139 Euro for the core box and 249 Euro for the All-In pledge. There is a 10 Euro saving for early bird in the first 24h of the campaign. It just went live and got funded in 10 mins.
Just a note the agro token is taken if you play a card with the red agro in the top coner, if you dont move from a space you take the Threat token.I don't see anywere that says when you start you get the agro token. Can you pls tell me were in the rule book says that?
There is the „Nightmare Scenario“ for both the Campaign and the one shot mode for guys like you. How it exactly works, no idea. But they mentioned it in the 3rd KS update.
The campaign difficulty level will be determined by how many times you lose an encounter with extreme difficulty allowing fewer failures. As already stated some monsters will have nightmare variants for additional difficulty but aside from that I believe there are two levels of difficulty already included for all monsters. If you want to customise your experience just increase the health of the monster using the health levels for more players

Thank you so much :) There are other playthrough videos, so hopefully that will help you. :)
Reminds me a bit of a combination of Oathsworn and Aeon Trespass Odyssey

@@TheWildernessEnthusiast 9/10 stories in board games aren't very good anyway. This is definitely all mechanics and no story though
Looks really fun, but man, those minis are gonna jack up the price something fierce...

Yep. Like 320USD with shipping because they are including VAT for everyone not just europeans
@@tomasxfranco Seriously? They're charging VAT for everyone?

Are you guys able to get your hands on monster hunter world boardgame
If only the had a token version for people who don't wnat to spend 300USD+ to get their weight in plastic.
I may have missed it, but is there a way to adjust the difficulty level? I usually play at a high difficultly level than most prefer.

@@TheKevlol Thanks! Yeah I saw that update. I'm excited about it.

@@CallipygianMoose Thanks for the added information
Seems very Dark Souls-ish. Mixed in with Monster Hunter.
Interesting, we haven't played those games, so probably we'll need to check it out
