You can also take the sane table clothes and cut the sane way except all the way through and take each piece fold in half and tie it to fishing string and make fringe that you can hang from the ceiling. I suggest making quads with your balloons and then take two quads and twist them together then wrap with the fishing string. It will make your arch building go faster.
