This is such a great day to do the tassels and they look so much prettier. I just saw another video and the person put a thick string in the middle that way it makes it easy to attach it to the balloon.

I would offset the seams so they are staggered (think of how bricks alternate)-- but great tips!

Next you can always lay it on something that can't get scratched and use an exacto knife to make the cuts. Just slice and slide down as many times as you'd like. 😉
I tried this way but I guess I push to strong so I always rip the paper. I do tassel rare so I gave up and use scissors :)))

Maybe you can use clips on the top to keep the silver from sliding. I’ve also used a rotary cutter, it goes so much faster.

Thank you so much Jessica. Yes, you can use standard sheets. To be honest every time I buy tissue paper it comes in deferent sizes. You can even mix different sizes it still will be fine!

Se cae inmediatamente? Debe ser uno globo (no doble), y ver cuánto papel usa. Pero debería mantenerse.

Thanks for sharing this tutorial. I was wondering what size balloon do you have? I have tried to blow up gender reveal balloon before and the balloon wouldn't float with helium for some reason. Do you mind sharing the size of the balloon you used in this video?
Was your gender reveal balloon filled with heavy contents? If filled with smaller balloons, they too need to be filled with helium.

Probably your confetti was very have or you didn't inflate your balloons enough. This balloon was 24 inch, without confetti inside it holds big tassel garland very good. For gender balloon I would recommend to use 36 inch balloons or 24inch but without heavy tassel garland like this.
I never fill small balloons with helium, just air. And I usually mix confetti and small balloons
Which support weight can be used for 90cm balloons??
Last month, I bought 90cm balloons from eBay but went failed because of much weight tassels that cannot hold enough for 90cm balloon helium.
90 cm balloon should holds tassels perfectly, probably you didn't inflate balloons big enough. Don't be afraid to inflate more6 90 cm should be a really big balloon.

Balloon is 24 inch. This size easy lift a tassel garland like this
Can I use tablecloth for this?
I never try, but why not. Just be sure it's not too heavy for balloon to float. Let me know when you try it please :)

How did you get the balloon to stand up this tall?
Balloons filled with helium can be as high as you need, just make a longer ribbon.

It's a 24 inch balloon

Those balloons with helium, so they float by itself
Do u use a balloon machine or helium ?
For floating balloons like here we use helium
How long do these last?
If you use Hi Float, this size of balloons can last really long, few weeks at list
How do you know how long to make it?
I always do it about my high (5.2ft), sometimes can be higher, depends from the ceiling

I just simply filled up 24 inch balloon with a helium, we have a few videos where we inflate balloons, please check
That did not take 5 min
it will be faster when you practice little bit more. And don't try to cut paper perfectly, you won't see it in a garland anyway :)
