Anyone that thinks Digital ID is a good idea needs to wake up !
Exactly.
Its all "totaly safe"...until its not
Far too late for tht
You already have it, it is called a driver's license. If you use a photo booth photo for your DL it automatically scans it into digital format before sending that scan to the DVLA.
@@RonSeymour1 Private companies use facial recognition to identify shoplifters, the companies offered "facial recognition ready systems" two years ago
Thanks for letting us know. I certainly wasn't aware that so many civilians had access to the PNC. 👍👍
Seeing how many requests for your info since you started your channel would be an eye opener I'm sure.
Especially if no police were present on that encounter.
All requests and who requested it would be logged on the system for sure.
Yes and many others may have access to it if you know the right people.
There are some non-government agencies missing from that list that have access.
so basically everyone except the public.
I can ALMOST understand each of those organisations having access until you got to G4ẞ
didn't know they could read should be safe there.
Perhaps the PNC should be called Public National Computer
What the accurate name would be. A corrupted list controlled, produced, edited & shared by sadistic, evil psychopaths. It is not shared in anyone's interests, nor to protect anyone from harm .It is all for egotistical self interests & to protect those that just love to abuse others.
Actually shocked 😮 genuinely thought it was only the police who had access
This is insane. Especially when you hear..G4S.
Big Brother is watching and they say Orwell's classic was fiction
It is now being used as a Template!
Outrageous, but not surprising..
It gets even better . . . The actual PNC Machine, lives in Canada!
WOW Really? Why am I not surprised at that, though the USA are /were trying for a lot of our data records in their "trade deals with the UK"
Holy crap G4S 😳😳😳
Unbelievable really, considering how many crooks they have in uniform for a start.
IOPC?! Wait what… why? Why does a persons criminal record change how a police complaint should be handled?
Think about it for a mo . PC jones arrests Mr Smith in 1999 and then in 2001 Mr Smith complains about Sgt Jones
The IOPC have exactly the same remit's the IPCC before them. To cover up and smother all your complaints and help the likes of PC Wayne Couzens, and PC David Carrick to advance their criminal careers.
And while the people working for the IOPC ought to have the sense to walk away and refuse to do evil things, the ultimate responsibility for it lies with your MP and the 649 other MPs. They set the framework for the IOPC. They set the framework for the police 'professional standards'. They are responsible for everything that goes on. Take it out on them.
@@dennisberson9649 maybe but shouldn’t the IOPC investigate the 2001 on it’s own merit. If it’s a baseless retaliatory complaint it would become obvious anyway.
@@JunctionWatcher the IOPC would only investigate if PC Jones had done something wrong … it’s part of the IOPC vetting process to know what’s gone on before event A ..!
@@dennisberson9649 vetting investigation, it doesn’t matter. It should be done on its own merit and Mr Smith’s criminal record is irrelevant. There’s either evidence enough to investigate or not. Then there is either evidence of Mr Jones doing something wrong or not. I still don’t see an instance in which knowing about 1999 should alter how 2001 is dealt with.
I once knew somebody who knew someones, mother's, uncle's, sister's, cousin's, best pal, who gave me information about somebody, before they knew it themselve's, unfortunately the latter part of this is actually true.
So you use Facebook? :)
Some people probably put more information on Facebook than any government body could hope to gather. Criminals dream network where they don't need to hack it or pay to get the data. Just create a funny name and share some animal pictures and a joke and your everyone's new best friend.
Good work PINACI
Whilst many of the organisations are part of the government or part of various bodies that handle national security, the appearance of G4Stupid and Royal Mail is surprising. Good work PINACI.
Councils & many more have this access & do not mind abusing it
the list would be shorter if you listed who cant access the pnc
And that's only the legitimate ones. What about all the scumbags who have bribed and/or hacked their way into your personal data!
Unbelievable and very scary
I use it to track down my victims😂
Victims of your Warped Humour ?? I guess we are all victims then ..
Wow! That is scary 😨 😳 😬 but not surprising!😮
Along with the "online safety bill" which will end encryption anyone else feel big brother is watching, listening and controlling our every move. No more privacy.
Hi. Absolutely unbelievable. So much to GPR eh. Thank you fella 👍
According to the police, anyone with a camera who takes photos of cars belonging officers and / or who writes their reg numbers down, also has access to the PNC. That would include me, as I have a growing database of cars belonging to police officers.
Nonsense
Why is that then? Please expand , thanks
@@taryntaylor91 Easy. Enquire with the relevant body that manages pnc with the above information and note their reply to your request.
Less said the better when it comes to these type of interaction
Thanks for the info.
So big brother has a lot of little big brothers now what a farce.
Surly a GDPR breach.
That is stunning, and unbelievable. G4S? wow. I would never give my details, but still shocked about who can access it.
Jesus, this should be the publics national computer, just goes to show for the right back hander can get the info you so may desire , it is so easy to get!! Nothing is sacred. I wonder how many times a day it is abused!
so good to know that all the relevant organisations that have good cause to access when they need to like , vetting people for a job and keeping staff safe and potential threats to building and public
I think you're missing the point. There are also organised crime gangs who have access to some of the people who have access.
I am so glad that the GDPR prevents me from viewing a website for a private medical procedure, if I refuse cookies and trackinb for adverts ... by law in the UK.
so that's why it feels like a police station when walking into a Jobcentre to sign-on 🤔
G4S ???????????????????????????
No need to mention any others
There is only one police service in Scotland. They were all combined together on 1 April (explains a lot!) 2013.
Brilliant work, thank you. This is so so shocking. G4S??????? IOPC???????? Oh my GOD.
Hope this goes viral 😳😳😳
No facepalm and tears when you said G4S? :)
we value your privacy.
Denial in plain sight !
They are all Govt agencies apart from G4S ???
Royal mail
Royal Mail is a private company.
@@Crow_Friend it’s a quango . It has a foot in both camps .! Ergo it’s allowed to know who works for it without having to outsource the vetting procedure
A lot of the private companies have contracts with/for the government.
@@taryntaylor91 yeah but doing what ? What are they doing that needs them to have access to the PNC ?
FFS.
Never talk too those who want to do u harm ✌️🇬🇧
Now would be a gr8 time to legally change your names 🤣😂
All police forces within the UK and to a greater degree Military police and security services I can sort of understand but as for the rest even if it is read only they should have ZERO ACCESS as it has NOTHING to do with them
Is there a way to find out if the police (control room staff) put in a bad word with my supervisor about me? Or would I require a solicitor.
I have a feeling they were on the nail ..!
From my evidence & conclusion regarding the Norfolk police are that the "weaknesses" are the Control Room, Data Information, PSD & then the Crime Commissioners office. Plus, everyone already knows about the IOPC. Basically one's complaint will not be going anywhere!
Thats absolutely ridiculous
know law against me being a criminal.🇬🇧.
Wonder if we can request our own data and all read requests.
Pretty sure all access is logged in regards to accessing data.
I very much doubt they would but it seems like something we should be entitled to when requested.
I would be interesting to see who's been having a look.
@nobodyanderson4353
I can imagine people would see that they go for a job interview or start at a job at a large corporation and see a view request around that time.
That's why I would say they wouldn't show us.
Auditors not giving their details on an occasion but their details were still accessed that day would not be surprising.
@@nobodyanderson4353 More interesting to see who the persons were adding in completely false data & they are the ones being "protected" under GDPR. If you are the victim , you are not allowed to know who or see what they have been accusing you of! Cowards are a plenty when they can hide & not show their faces.
If its data held on you, then you are able to request it
@@GampyBamblor Yes but only letting you see the bits that they allow you to see. They can all still hide information that you are entitled to see, so they hide behind other GDPR points. x
Watched a video with TLA the other day, police seemed friendly and went back to their vehicle but when he got back to his car they pounced and demanded his details.
Auditors need to park their cars well away from their audit location and where they have a good view of the police spying on them.
You need to understand the restrictions these other non police agents have. Its definitely not a free for all. They will only be able to access information critical to their agency. For ie, if you apply for a waste disposal licence, the environmental agency will check to see if you are responsible person to hold a waste disposal licence. And the information that will be available is whether you have any convictions for disposing of waste illegally, the caveat to that though could be a littering offence which is what we call low grade and would probably not stop one receiving a waste disposal licence. So if you had a conviction for burglary they wouldn't be able to see that. I hope this makes things a little clearer.
Remember your details are worth a lot of money on the open market
Corporations pay for the data
Lose the name you'll win the game
So what they have restricted access to the PNC which is only to check criminal records, if I was an employer I definitely would want to know if I was going to be hiring a criminal.
Take the blinkers off. Think about the bigger picture, if you could look at it, then maybe you're a criminal checking out your family. You wouldn't be happy if it was used against your family by a random criminal that paid £100 for your address
they just want to collect money for their pensions
👍👍👍
G4S!! SERIOUSLY!!
It's not often I'm shocked, but this is a clown show.
Nhs ????
Yes
Do kodak also have access 😅
"Aitch". It's "aitch", not "haitch".
Oh dear, how sad, never mind
i get it mate , but surely this is just to accesses criminal records in secure company's for a future employee
You seen how slack companies are with GDPR , Do the companies even fess up if they have been hacked . As the sheer amount of leaked private data on the darkweb is mind boggling .
@@EvenBigger-Brother , i get that..but people applying for jobs in prisons and schools and secure facility's etc should be thoroughly checked out for all of our safety , i mean would you want a newly arrived sailor teaching your kids
@@beefovbd2 g4s hired 2 mass shooters , they have been fined on at least 2 occasions for improper screening of employees . when a company has a whole wiki page dedicated to misconduct.they should not be allowed anywhere near a central database .
No it is not
First
Grow up lad.
Well to balance things out why can’t the public have the same but record all the police names numbers addresses car reg etc. only seems fair.
That would be useful.
