A bill was introduced where council employees. Security firms bailiffs and uncle Tom cobbly and all can use it you buy a licence for 6 months at a time unlimited searches and the bill got passed so yes practically anyone
There is nothing the Government won’t sell.
Does this mean I can buy a license and hunt down the wrong uns and give them the justice they deserve ?
That is scary. Especially when you think it could be used as a tool for identity theft.
@kylewilliams6091 if your in charge of that department yes but rules do apply same as police must be recorded in record book and main databases
This is outrageous it will enable any toerag to use the PNC for all sorts of dubious purposes and could prove a danger to women.
The practice of looking up someone's criminal record to work out if they're guilty of a crime or not is surely not right
Shocking but not in a sense.
Surely a security guard cannot lawfully handcuff a person?
They can if all else fails but again rules apply even you can use reasonable force but be careful
I guarantee they wouldn’t me or any normal person, just saying👍🏻
What is a security guard doing with handcuffs?
Interesting, that ! It makes one wonder. If it's legal or not, I doubt us plebs will get to know for sure, though duck.
Check out part 111.2000 act explains all
Maoisim...everybody is a copper now....
I’m new to your channel, im going to binge on your video’s, thanks 👍🏻👊🏻
Keep sharing, we need to let the public know about this. thank you.
Brilliant video proving exactly what you was saying. There can be no doubt about it now
I'm guessing that the security firm was G4S, who are registered to access the PNC. That troubles me quite a bit. Private companies, security or not, should not have access to such private information.
Thank you Pinaci News, you've said something that I've long suspected, that store security have access to information stored on the Police National Computer!
I've never been convicted, but because of a 'Learning Disability' I subjected to frequent arrests, including being held for 12 hours and being Tortured. The Torture I was subjected to meet the full UN Convention definition.
As my dear old mum used to say it is open to any Tom Dick or Harry.
Very scary 😨
great one
Can you do a subject access request to see if you are on the PNC?
That's data protection is it not
Ash Philips said marti blagbrough is a nonce is this true
Good point. He is clearly a junky, that is shown in so many of his videos
Can you look into this please for me im 59 and ive had a letter from DVLA are you fit to drive ,Anyone can report anyone on line ive checked it on Gov site .Type in id like to report someone unfit to drive ,ive now had a 6 page form to fill in from DVLA ,And i have to wait 6 to 8 weeks if i didnt reply to the form in 14 days my licence is automaticly revoked . its mad .ive been driving 43 years no points no accidents or anything .
I watched that a few days ago
There was another one where a women stole a scarf and the store detective done a PNC check came up no trace
it looked like he printed her file of.🇬🇧.
He did.
That is scary 😨 😳 😬
Its a police officer.
No, he's private security working as a store detective, That's what the whole series is about, and if he was my friend then can you see my point ? its not what you know its who you know.
😡
NICE Ltd have access to all police data, NHS data, and if you investigate this you would find Israel has ownership of contracts with these and many more.
