    Found ua recipies very yummy one. suggestion being a bachelor post video of recipies which bachelor's can try, tired ordering Udupi upahars dish during lockdown😌 hope I will get a video regarding a beautiful recipe soon. Ua Konkani recipie videos are really good

      It makes the dosa more fluffy. But, I guess you can skip it.

    I followed the recipe..but my batter hasn't fermented...... what to do?

      Use sour buttermilk and keep the batter in a warm place to ferment. If the batter doesn't ferment then the dosa will not be fluffy

      Please correct me if I'm wrong. It depends on the ingredients and tempering. Koddel - garlic phanna, Ambat - onion phanna, ghashi - mustard, curry leaves and hing phanna
