    LOVELY LACY DOSAS, but...
.. .Cooked rice n Cucumber were not shown in the same measuring cup as rice so cooked rice appeared much more than the measuring cup. Even Cucumber appears more than the measuring cup used to measure rice. Please rectify the recipe.

  • @ashajayanth7811

Nice video. Good presentation. Actually some of the dosa need not to be be flipped over to retain its soft & spongy texture. If one like , can put oil & make flipped, no problem. In Tulunadu one more dosa is there, prepared in earthen pan without putting oil and without flipping it that is also 1" thick,so much spongy with lots of pores. This never be raw without flipping it over.

@@urmilshet3695 hello. Giving u d recipe of the sweet version. One cup of raw rice half cup of any kind of cucumber I use kaakdi also cut into cubes. If I m r using organic cucumber i keep the peels on too, three fourth cup grated fresh coconut , a few pepper corns it's optional, u can use cardamoms instead , one fourth cup jaggery powder or grated jaggery. Half teaspoon salt. I grind the rice and cucumber without water, when it's a fine paste i add the coconut pepper corns and jaggery and grind it again. There's no need to add water. In case ur batter becomes watery just add a little rice flour or wheat flour. I prefer wheat flour to thicken the batter bcoz it makes the dosas very soft. Cover and leave overnite to ferment. In case it doesn't add half teaspoon of eno. Happy making
