Hey guys, hope you enjoy this brand new house tour! We love the location of this home. 🏡 Make sure to check out our instagram instagram.com/mattsummerofficial/ for behind the scenes content. See you in the next tour! 😄
It’s lovely looking at all these large houses, which I will never own, but enjoy seeing the decor, not keen when it’s all plain and minimalist, which is a bit boring, but I don’t envy the cleaning of these places at all, that thought alone puts me off all these properties, as I am really a clean freak.
Love this house .. When you compare the price to those pokey flats in London . I know which I would pic . I'd live here and commute if I worked in London .. That garden, its like a park. Great vid thanks for showing.
Absolutely beautiful property..This is where I feel insanely jealous of people like the couple that won the £184m a couple of weeks back. Imagine being able to snap this up and still have so much in the bank..
I would invest property in uk and some other cool house in other country .... then have period were ask charity to offer for to people to stray for free . Too give back. Need lift and hoist in some room for my daughter x
This is a proper home, it is beautiful, dynamic, functional, has all the possible features you can expect in a home, has a tonne of outdoor space, in the countryside.
Only just viewed this beautifully impressive house. It has a feeling of warmth. Love the aesthetics, both indoors and outdoors. My kind of family home........👍🏽
It is so dark despite large window areas.....horrible. Either open the space up completely or have separate rooms but leaving a a centre section with either side access doesn't work.
Really nice house. I noted at the beginning of the video that Tom mentioned that there was no TV over the fireplace, maybe it is because I might be old school but a TV over a fireplace is blasphemy. A fireplace is a feature on its own. I know many may disagree with me on that, but that is just my opinion. I was delighted to see that the owners had put the TV on an adjacent wall in the family room and not over the fireplace. Gee never meant to make this sound like a rant, lol. Was just meant to be an observation. Like I said, really nice house.
Haha! I absolutely agree with you about the t.v. over the fireplace! Or if you are going to have the t.v. over the fireplace, at least have a painting or something to cover/hide it. I really like the property though. Greetings from Kentucky! 😊
@@h.r.puffinstuff7099 Yes I agree with you, what is sacrilege is the TV was over an actual wood burning fire. I can accept a gas fireplace but a wood burner is its own feature.
Matt and Summer are very respectful they ALWAYS take off their shoes. Can't believe you walked all over this house and even UPSTAIRS in the bedrooms with your outside shoes on. I certainly would have been furious if you did that in my house. However the house is beautiful.
Maybe I am not aware of a certain things, but I often wonder why such a huge property having so much space doesn't have ensuite to all the bedrooms and guests or other family members need to share a common bathroom. Still trying to figure out.
@@mandeepbharaj4124 A similar homes in South Africa you get it for just £1 million pound. But the United Kingdom I must admit the standard is sometimes a bit higher especially in London , I ve seen some ready beautiful properties out there although extremely expensive. I mean London is one of the most expensive city on earth , United Kingdom in general is quite pricey but the return on the investment in a long term is good so it makes senses.
@@mintchyhouse you should try living here. As a Londoner I think it’s just not acceptable anymore. The standards of the builds in the uk in general is great. In a market where prices increase dramatically you will make money. However our weather is crap, I live alone and my supermarket bill for 1 week. Is £60. Our gas/electricity - let’s not go there! However while the crime rate is rising a lot, I think I generally feel safe here.
@@mandeepbharaj4124 True I understand. There are challenges almost everywhere but yet opportunities are still available . I used to live in Paris in France I know the living standard in Europe it's pretty high and expensive a lot of taxes and rates . That's why one must diversify his investments to create passive income through properties or through buying shares on the stock market, I mean equities , you ll earn good dividends quarterly even monthly for some companies that can help you grow your wealth and income . All the best .
@@mandeepbharaj4124 living in France is much more expensive and has been like that for many years that we’ve been going, it’s just hitting home here by this years circumstances.
Hello can people have open opinions on house they like and ones they dont like so subscribe are being very silly and stupid over me staying things it so wrong and not right to me
hottest girl on the internet i think. your numbers should be better. would love to know any demographic info you have for your views that you could share. or where i could find that. id like to start a health and lifestyle channel. would you like to help me? thanks. wade. im in the top 1% for fitness. and 61. ya years old
Instead of extending this dog shit house they should have just demolished it and started from scratch. It looks like a 3 year old had a go with awkward lego pieces.

Don’t be jealous, it’s wonderful for people to win, like they say you have to be in it to win it.
You never know it could be you one day. X

What country and city is this house in?

Lovely quirky house. I also liked that it wasn’t all perfect - had different styles throughout. It really worked.
I don’t really like country houses but this one looks nice. I like it
Very nice house with a lovely garden🔥
We're glad you like it, we love the garden!
tom and jaz are getting better each video and being them implies that it is a British house
My daughter was saying it's two different people and I was saying they have just changed there hair 🤣
Looks awesome 😃 Greetings from Scotland 😊 Have a great day everyone 🌻

Great tour of this remarkable house! Lovely location too
Thank you once more, that is another amazing house.

Very spacious . Beautiful house
Love the garden.
Gotta say I love Tom, his hands always make me laugh, he’s either playing an invisible keyboard, or giving a lost pensioner some directions!! 😂
Thanks to you guys I now always check for bumdulations on the breakfast bar stools. 😄
Gotta love a house with lots of "annexe" windows 👍😬
Bellissimo property 🥰
Why did you removed your other vedios?
They were good

Ela e impecável
What height are you ? As door ways look low , stunning home
I think most standard door frames are about 6"5 approx so I would say Tom must be about 6"3 +
Value for money for the first time
It’s more of a Clockshund.
Homes are very expensive in the UK . how good is the return on the investment ?
Agree they are super expensive here, it is ridiculous. The return on investment however is great. Having said that, how much higher can things go? 🙄

You guys should really take yours shoes off when inside a house
It does feel like ive gotten drunk and made a house in the sims 4 😅
This is just fucking weird. Two smaller darker versions of Matt and Summer with exactly the same voices and mannerisms.
Weird ain’t it Jas last video did a quirky laugh like Summer
He is def his brother! Not sure why they can’t just say.
What happened to Matt and Summer presenting their videos has they always did?
❤
what's the name of the girl in the video??
That is not a grand piano
Pretty sure you started the ep off saying 12 acres then 1.2 and then 1.3 😂

Don’t like homes with induction cooking. This home would be great with gas cooking
Most of modern homes come with induction hobs nowadays, it's far better than gas in so many ways.
If you could afford this, you could afford to put one in!
Hello I am not og country house i love modern mansion in surrey and Nottingham not old ones i am sorry for not liking it
Take your shoes off.

I have nothing wrong with Tom and jas....the video just misses authenticity...like watching Profesional porn( no emotion) we all like homemade instead
Annexe windows 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I know i was gonna say what are those windows???
