Thank you so much guys. The Cotswolds is a dream destination. My wife and I only spent a few hours there and we were so impressed by it’s beauty. It’s like a fairytale land, it truly is. All it’s missing is a fairy 🧚♀️ tree from Ireland. Cheers 🍻
Stow on the wold is so picturesque, when i lived not far from there i used to go to chipping norton and bourton on the water too, such a lovely part of england. The house design looked amazing, bit lacking on storage space but if its a holiday home i guess its not such a big thing. feeling a bit spoiled this week now! literally a video every day! well done both, keep up the awesome work
I love how every room has its own distinct theme 😍 that kids pad with spiral staircase Upto a bed is a dream. And that blue/gold bedroom with bling switches. Feel good house!
Fantastic @Matt & Summer I've been waiting for a Cotswolds tour! Great property in a fantastic location in UK. OMG you just mentioned my name, thank you both so much for this tour! Love your channel.
Really gorgeous house with a very nice colour scheme and in such a beautiful town. Love that secret door lounge and bedroom. Sliding bathroom doors are adding to the overall aesthetic of the house. A cool idea to have a tiny private outdoor patio right in front of your bathroom. Have never seen such a thing before. The town is giving me the age of empires vibes.
If it is fully a new build, not a renovation, it is a collection of adventurous architectural choices. Curious entrance with a descending concrete theme, particularly the low ceiling as you go down, so many split levels and offset rooms. Both the exterior styling and room divisions feel like 1960-70s. The barn door for the WC is maybe not acoustically ideal. Maybe some olfactory weaknesses as well.
Hello from Norway. Thank you for another great video. The bedroom doors are stunning :-) A toilet with a barn door by the sofa area is not the best solution, especially at that price level, in my opinion. Looking forward to the next video.
I remember months ago when I stumbled on this channel. I love y'all soooo much. You keep a dreamers dream alive with the visuals. With love from Dominica 🇩🇲😘
@@Andrew-ib7gs I didn't mean to purchase the holiday home I meant for the rental purpose love to see more holiday tours around the UK I'm British don't need to go aboard this year
Great holiday home! Well done to the owners! I’d add a swimming pool though or games room. I feel such entertainment would top off what is a fantastic holiday home.
Having previously lived next door to a holiday apartment I can see that this place will be a nightmare party house for the neighbours - I feel so sorry for them. The owners should have considered having less steps to make the property more accessible for those with mobility issues.
Amazing guys, not too far away from me, beautiful part of the world and a beauty of a house too. Stunning interiors and exteriors well done owners. Great job 👏
Nice to see property in the cotswolds, as it's where I live. Found the property claustrophobic, glad it's a holiday home and not for permanent sole use.
Brilliant review once again! Also amazing how you remember details about your subscribers even after the amount of views and comments you get. Nice to see that is 👏
Great video, great presentation, Thanks for this one... BUT! There's virtually no storage anywhere! The room with the spiral staircase has nowhere to store anything at all, the other bedrooms have either no storage or just a suitcase sized space. For either £3000pw or £1.6M to buy I would have expected to see much more storage everywhere, given the size of the plot. So I wonder who the developer was really building this for? Also, the quirky bath/shower room had no hand shower attachment - not everyone likes rainfall heads. House looks great from the outside but the inside space has been designed so poorly for a totally detached house (e.g. the outside 'sun trap' area - why have this ugly roof there?). I can understand quirky and fiddly for a London apartment in a listed building (like your previous great video!) where there are restrictions, but to do a detached new build with this many compromised areas really affects it's resale value. Let's not mention the 'Wow' factor of the huge grey slab hitting you in the face when you walk in the front door!
Richard, Thought it was just me who disliked interior till I read some comments. Wonder if architects initial plans were revised during build by client?
Gosh just for 5 minutes and I thought I will be the first one and only to be 22 in comments section 😅 with 305 views already. You are loved for sure. Let me watch this beautiful house 🏠thanks
@Matt & Summer this is your best tour yet! loved it, love the stunning Cotswolds and love the stone houses. Please do more! Love the barndoor on the WC and kids lounge!
From the outside this looked incredible, but then, as soon as you went through the door a bloody low ceiling! They needed to raise the entire first floor up at least 1/2 a metre to open up that ground floor a bit more. If I was building / buying this for myself I would also make the entire 1st floor a master suite rather than try and cram too many small bedrooms in like they did. That bathroom though! I LOVED the first floor bathroom with that small open balcony, that would almost be a reason in itself to buy this (or rent)
A beautifully quirky house with some great features but noticed there aren't any wardrobes, just small cupboards with hanging rails. Where do the owners keep their clothes??
If this was a permanent home, that little stowage/hanging space in the principal bedroom would make a ideal sleeping space for a small dog or cat. Sans door of course.
A very nice home. And quite characterful for a modern build. That shower room with the patio is indeed a very unique design I haven’t seen before. How private it would be with say a drone flying about is questionable though. You still need shower curtains I’d say.
Green is my fave' colour but I'm not keen on this particular shade for the closets in the entryway or kitchen cabinets. It's quite military in its tone. And then there's the loo by the living area off the kitchen, who's idea was that? It'd have to be soundproofed for me to consider using it! I can't imagine trying to take a dump knowing that on the other side of the door just feet away there are others. But yeah, an interesting building in a stunning location.
I love the cotswolds, have driven through that little town many times to visit family who live about 10 minutes drive from this location. Nice location and lovely holiday home. I would love to see more holiday let’s.
Touch of disappointment for a family holiday/ party home. No play room, no cinema, no decent living area. House outside looked very promising and stunning tho!! The best place is the darkest bathroom!!!!! 😍😍😍😍😍
Hey Matt and summer 😇 I absolutely love the front of this property's design and brickwork (it has amazing warmth and a great vibe!) Though, the internal entrance, the decor feels to industrial and I wasn't feeling the green kitchen colour, It doesn't match the external super classy and stylish brickwork 😇 Though,I see why the owners chose these practical colours regarding multiple rentings, wear & tear etc! This bathroom was amazing! Though again the bath and wall tiles, could of been more of a match for a classier look! Though amazing design, I can only fault the decor! I'd certainly love to live there if possible 😇 I think if this property had a unique staircase and décor similar to the recent London ground floor-basement flat💖😍 Hey,I'd love to see way more library's in property's 📚😇 Much Unconditional love to you both, and absolutely loving your show✨🤝✨
Thought I was going to like this before you both presented interior. House interior rooms are so disjointed and lack basic spatial planning. Tiny wardrobes and too many step level changes. Storm porch would be common sense due to vast hall leading onto open plan kitchen and sitting room. Fireplace too small for such a huge space. Toilet opening direct onto sitting room just steps from fireplace is a crime! Overall, internal spaces look like a developer has tried to convert an existing house as opposed to building house per architects plans. Envelope looks good but internal is a mess. Patio area by bathroom is comical - rainwater will run onto patio floor from 45 degree slate wall, few leaves and whatever drainage will block leaving water to pool up by windows.
I think this house is a prime example of someone who’s seen something on Instagram and thinks it is a good idea but hasn’t actually thought it through. A random chair in the corner of a landing where the window is too small and high to see out of? A bath that looks like a public leisure centre kids swimming pool and a shower with no shower head only a waterfall. None of the rooms look good and none of them match. Fish wallpaper? Green pink blue…. Only thing I like is the outside. Great videos though guys keep it up, maybe spend edit a bit shorter with b roll of interesting things up close
After a few requests, we are bringing you a COTSWOLDS tour!✌🏼 hope you enjoy, comment what you think to the house👇🏼😍
Im just happy you brought back the two person filming, its better with the two of you!

When are you coming to Torquay?, there are lots of crazy big houses overlooking the sea on the 'English Riviera'.
Very oddly designed house with some impractical spaces... excellent outtro guys!!!
So true!
The only thing missing for a vacation home is a swimming pool, a covered one I guess. Incredible indeed for a weekend. Thanks guys for the tour!
was having a terrible day and this upload made it a whole lot better. thank you!!!❤️
Enjoying your videos, but this architect must have been drunk when he designed that house! :D
Nice on the outside , totally underwhelmed by the inside (kitchens ok)
If all the houses in Stow on the wold looked like that they would have no tourist industry.
I like the local stone but found the layout strange particularly the downstairs WCs.
What an unusual house! With unusual shapes and spaces! Love the green kitchen cupboards and the cute secret room. And that freestanding bath 😍😍😍

Definately a new build, just look on Google maps and turn on satellite view - you can see the building site before the walls went up.
Yesss I’ve been waiting for this as I live in the cotswolds !! Love this 🤍

The most obvious secret door ever 😂

Wow this house is so beautiful I was not expecting that from the outside. This kitchen is gorg..😍 love love love. Good content BTW guys. Love it

Great to see a country pad! Bit weird to have a loo opening onto he dining space! Love the sunken bath.

Agree, the bathtub is like a swimming pool, and by the time the water from the shower hits you, it is cold. So strange.
This house was definitely designed with the outside first, the inside layout doesn’t take use it’s space to its potential!
Gosh just for 5 minutes and I thought I will be the first one and only to be 22 in comments section 😅 with 305 views already. You are loved for sure. Let me watch this beautiful house 🏠thanks
Coming to Cotswolds to stay in a modern house is like going to farmers market to buy highly processed food.
love the closing credits; would love an opening one as well if that is something you are thinking about

Fantastic vid guys great content as usual
The blue and gold is real nice.
Love the tours... Interesting to see which get the most views.... all the best with the 200k
First impression is it’s very cold. Front “garden” is stone & dark. Not the feel I imagine for the Cotswalds.
9:31 Brilliant Eric Morecambe impression by Matt! 😂
As mentioned elsewhere a very underwhelming interior with quite an odd use of the available space.
that house was stunning 👏👏👏
I was thinking yesterday, when are you guys going to do a video of some properties in the Cotswolds!! Great video and great property!
If this was a permanent home, that little stowage/hanging space in the principal bedroom would make a ideal sleeping space for a small dog or cat. Sans door of course.
