The big expense of course for kids is schooling.OMG. We sent our , at the time, 8 yr old daughter to parochial school then came an International school then another parochial school. Now thankfully our daughter has a scholarship in UPLB and we pay her on campus dorm room, electric & water. I still carry a health insurance policy on her and she has had to use it several times. The secret is plan.

The K1 visa process from the Philippines to America is so slow. If they let Filipina women into America en mass , western women would be so done. haha. Women marring their cats would skyrocket. It feels like a real relationship with teamwork, mutual respect and genuine care. Western people in general, we do have a bad attitude I think, more negative and we complain a lot. But. being with a Filipina myself, she is always so positive it curbs almost all of that in me.
