Well, I got the Sony Walkman ZX300, and I f**king know they make Great audio devices, great sounding headphones, IEMs via 3.5. And they just announced a DAC/AMP/DAP that is $8000 last month and it came with a 3.5 port! Sony just wants to sell some more Bluetooth hps... which are actually really good... but no hp jack on a phone is really anoying.
The XZ3 looks awesome, but it's not going to touch Samsung in terms of sales. Plus Samsung displays are still fantastic and the XZ3 isn't even out yet. Just because Sony says their phone screen is the best doesn't mean it's true. I'm not saying they are lying or anything but it needs to be tested in the real world by non Sony employees because their obviously biased.

It's 4k video recording and slow motion 1080p recording are also the best on any smartphone Plus remote play with ps4 games are literally do awesome not to mention the screen display on this phone is disgusting. Xperia also has lots of unique customization options when it comes to themes keyboards and a bunch of other stuff.

Have you seen the p20 pro, a monster with three cameras, the main has 40 MP, *40MP*, backed up by a 20 MP black and white sensor and the third cam has 3x zoom lens and 8 MP sensor, and then there is the night mode, a true night mode..... just look it up

I've got the XZ Premium and unfortunately I didn't checked the size of the phone before getting it. It's much bigger then my old Z3, which was cool. The XZ3 is also bigger, which is again too big, especially when you look at the body to screen ratio. Why is the phone jack gone, cause of the size? Can you use a two way adapter to charge and using your ear phones at the same time? Maybe there will be a compact version soon 😊
I feel this is going to be next Pixel phone. Sony must be making this Pixel 3xl. It is gorgeous and as I have seen in the video there is almost stock android. Sony is one who should be making upcoming Pixel line up.
Once you go wireless, you could never go back to wired. It more convenient with less hassle. What more, if you own a good pair of branded one (doesn't have to be expensive) it will last you days even weeks depend on your usage with little to none downside in sound quality. So yeah, i think it's good some company pushing wireless to be compulsory and at the same time accelerate the development of improving the current gen Bluetooth/wireless devices.
I've an xperia xz premium, I still luv it, I'd maybe upgrade to this new 1 but with no headphone jack I won't b able 2 charge and listen 2 music at the same time, pity really, looks like a great phone though 👍👍
Well I'm writing this with my xz3 And my experience : I'm a bit disappointed with battery. There is not even a hands-free I came here to check other unboxing to see if they had handsfree but wasn't here neither. But everything else is good.
phonearena your xz3 is not straight from Sony, I got scammed by the same seller with the xz premium, they replace the sony fast charger with a slow charger.
Sony would sale way more phones if they came on carrier's. I have TMobile n love the jump program, so every 6months I can jump from new phone to new phone. Also a payment plan is better than going to Best buy and have to pay a thousand dollars up front. I rather have sony but not that much I want to pay 1000$ up front vs getting a LG or something else with a payment plan, plus TMobile jump insurance
Sorry but I've moved to Samsung I've had my Sony for more than 3-4 years (Sony Xperia Z2 or Z1) it's starting to play up and freeze for reasons I don't know can't remember the last update which was a long time ago sooo I've decided to go to Samsung for the first time and get the Samsung s9 so far I'm enjoying it but I do like my Z2 so I'll keep it for a spare only down side that it's a 16gb and I only play 2 games which take all the space
i remember when companies use to give so much in the box......for 800 or 1000 USD i would hope to see a phone with as little issues as possible and a bunch of accessories for the phone docking port, wireless charging station..... bad ass ear buds high end one Sony makes.....they can afford to give you all that in a bundle pack, they choose not to cause we as the consumer just expect it and not request this things, this is not acceptable action towards its client base...... Free wireless Airbuds if you buy from Amazon, there not free dont let them fool you......the cost amazon is buying them for sony.. means your paying a cost value you price or a online sales price..... im very disappointed in sony and there brand just trying to take peoples money and not giving them a full value experience

I've also noticed that no one that has the phone is even a tech expert since no one can even find the basic remove app drawer button option lol

Just use the USB c to 3.5 mm adaptor. My HTC U11 has no headphone slot, but the USB c headphones are brilliant. Superb sound quality.
