This Diesel reminds of Boco, but sadly we don't have a Bachmann Boco and I can't wait for this Diesel and it's mischief. Plus Edward and Toby always share a story by fans. This is perfect.

Once again, another great railtour episode.
This episode remindes me a lot of "Bowled Out". The arc is very similar but you (again) did a great job!
The only difference is that bowled out has class 40 while Zebedee is a class 86

Lol would have been cool to see Zebedee on the electrified branch and browning out or something. It's so funny, my two favorite types of trains are narrow gauge steamers and electric locos (like Interurbans or the Milwaukee Road electrics). And they always seem to be at odds with each other! 😂🤣😂🤣😂

Hector was an old project from when I was around fourteen. I essentially gutted him and put wheels where the screws went. I kept the hook on him so it could be coupled up.

The BR class 86s look like the engines that would run on the Peel Godred branch. As Zebedee is also the name of a Tugs character.

A few things here with this episode; the first, loved the custom Ho Hector the Horrid car @ the beginning, as for Zebedee, I feel like he’s Bowler and this is some version of Bowled out. Next, nice use of special effects, using a reverse shot of his pantograph to show it being raised, and lastly, how could Zebedee be in the shed while the car is away from him as the electric car should’ve been coupled to him while he slept as disconnecting it, Zebedee now has no power which means, he’s completely useless, unable to move at all.

He's one filthy lightning bolt I tell you. Any rude engines like that should be the ones that deserve to be scrapped.

In my headcanon, prejudicial electric engines aren't common. In fact, due to them having a better upbringing than diesels, most of them felt sorry for the engines they had to replace. The diesels they replaced, however, did not forgive them, as they were too upset to realize that diesels being replaced was out of the electric engines' control. Also in my headcanon, diesels in the United States are similar, as they are much nicer than most in Britain due to a better upbringing, and felt sorry for the steam engines. But even in the United States, steam-hating diesels, while somewhat rare, are not unheard of. Farnsworth being one of them before he changed (mostly) for the better, and by "mostly", I mean he went from being like a British Diesel to being more like Gordon. Edit: And before I forget, their American make is why the Class 59s and Class 66s are nicer than most other British Diesels.

I honestly thought that Toby’s role would’ve been a bit bigger in this like how it said in the community post that he’d cause trouble for just Toby rather then the other engines but aside from that it’s actually not a bad idea using an electric diesel coming to sodor starting up trouble

I never really said anything about it, but the series as a whole takes place between 1990 and 2010. Some dates of real life events have been changed to fit the stories.

This is the worst episode I've ever seen. That snobbish ungrateful electric diesel got away with his actions! He was a very rude guest and the steamies like outdated scrap metal, like they were inferior, and acted all superior. He never once said Thank You to Edward for rescuing him, and never apologized to their hosts on the island for his constant rude and snobbish behavior! Not once Sir Topham Hatt and Mr Jefferies never witnessed his poor attitude and rude behavior he was displaying. If there's one thing I hate, is bad guys getting away with it. Especially the rude, the bad attitude and snobbish ones. The ones that got away with their actions! I hate this episode, Zebedee is worse than Pullman 1. I expected better from you. I'm very dissapointed in this episode. You could do better than that.

I'm criticizing the episode. And I have every right to. So don't tell to calm down. The episode is garbage and silver could do better with the plot next time.
Ok so like...that's not even valid criticism for this episode, zebedee being a rude stuck up character isn't a bad thing. He's the antagonist of the story, of course he's gonna be rude, you can't have a story of protagonist(s) v.s. antagonist if the antagonist isn't a bad person. That's not how it works.
Zebedee also doesn't "get away" with his actions, he gets absolute karma in the last few minutes of the episode and edward literally mentions zebedee is probably sorry for screwing up. Just because a rude character isn't told off by the fat controller or the rail tour manager doesn't mean they get away with or don't learn from their actions. Stuff like this happened in the books and the episodes like Thomas and Gordon, Paint Pots and Queens, Mavis, Fire Engine, Deep Freeze, etc.
Seeing the same plot be used with the rail tour manager scolding an engine for being rude is getting very old in this series and has probably been done at least 5 times, so seeing it switched up a little is a good change in my opinion. There are much worse episodes in this series than this one.
