Hey Paul what if my AT was only 124? Is that okay? Also I was a little tachycardic during the echo around 108 bpm would that cause my PAAT to become shorter? So it would really be 125+ had I been non tachy?
I cannot comment on specifics of your case without seeing all the other echocardiographic data. In my opinion, every echocardiographic parameter needs to be interpreted in the clinical context. At least as an intensive care doctor who has performed hundreds of echocardiograms, I would argue that there are no "normal values" but rather "appropriate values for the clinical situation."

At min 24.55 , padp is it supposed to de 2/3 x mpap right? Or you meant 3/2
It is an algebraic rearrangement of the equation to solve for the PADP.
