There is no clear curve density of aortic regurgitation in your video so you make mistake by attempting to assess PHT. Secondly, it's waste of time to try use color M-mode to indicate of reversal flow because PW doppler signal provides more valuable information, for instance, cut-off value of reversal flow velocity (20 cm/s) in descending aorta
