The workers have no responsibility except be there every day and get a guaranteed wage every week to feed their family, buy a house and have security. If it was all that easy then we'd all have big companies. What big company do you have and share all your profits with YOUR workers.
@@colinjones5100 The people that took the risk and started those auto companies have been dead for 75 years. There isn't one person in those auto corporations risking. I have nothing against the big shots making big buck, I'm a capitalist all the way, just share the profits. Auto workers are one of the few blue collar jobs left in the U.S. where you can make a good living and for 35 years then get a pension. Do want to take that away from them?
