Labuan Bajo to Satonda - Indonesia - Sailing Greatcircle (ep.309)

After the busy busy Labuan Bajo it's good to be cruising around Indonesia on our own boat again. We visit very nice spots on times that they're not over populated like the Seven Mushrooms, Komodo, Wera and Satonda Island.

Nice to see your interactions with the native people for whom your exotic destination is “home”. The islands seem quite barren though. Also happy to have a cruising speed around 9-10 knotts, makes such a difference in reach and comfort. 👍👍

I love to watch your videos! But did you say ANCHOR in a national park? Please don't... I've seen the destruction just 1 anchor chain can cause on the seafloor. In Komodo of all places 😢 Use mooring balls!
Other than that, keep up the great videos!

There are dedicated spots where you can anchor, also in Komodo. You don’t want to anchor near coral anyway as the risk of getting stuck is too big
