Agree with you on BRASS but definitely disagree with you on TREKKING THROUGH HISTORY. I think BRASS is one of those games that I think is a masterpiece that no one in my group wants to play which is really sad which is why I eventually sold it after holding on to it for YEARS. I think with TREK there is more choice than you think and I think blaming it on the luck of the draw is kind of a symptom of players not adapting to the flow of the cards. It is definitely not for everyone, but I think this game is a hidden gem that I've enjoyed playing (I've had about 4-5 games of it).
