Airielle has always had IT. I have been saying it since she was a crab. I think she was under a lot of pressure, and to be honest, she was in the shadow of Cam because of her fame. Most people wanted Cam to be captain. Airielle knew she didn't have the strongest team behind her, so it was hard for her to get in her bag to create moments. 22, she groomed her girls and claimed her iron throne and could not be overthrown. She literally was the Captain of the year! She gave royalty all season and it was a pleasure to watch her excellence.

I love Ari’s the growth from 21 to 22. This proves what a two year captain can do for a team. I also think having a new sponsor changed the direction of everything and the girls had a chance to have fun and dance. Last thing I would say is that I wish Cam came back for a 5th rip as well because I feel like she was held back from doing a lot of things.

Ari was one of the strongest crabs I’ve seen. She was consistent from day one. I honestly believe the problem was Akai, they were able to have more fun without her and looked happier.
The hair really did it. She just knew she was in her Bad B era! The team was more confident in 22 also. The second year really makes a difference. Haley’s improvement is so crazy I forgot that she was messing up all last season. Can’t wait to see the 22 doll crabs next season. & Kyreeeee! She really shined in these videos
been waiting on this one 😭 there definitely is a difference from both years, the squad was stronger in 22 but most importantly Airielle’s presence changed. in 21’ she was giving fresh faced/girl next door/sweetheart tease. 22 was when she fully entered her grown woman era. plus i honestly think she was concerned with fan perception in 21’ because of the backlash from camryn stans whereas in 22’ she was probably a lot more unbothered (ps: I high key wish khaliyah would’ve stayed 🥴)

When she trusted the team she got in her bag but 22 she came back and said “STOP PLAYING.” They team danced behind her and the field shows definitely gave 90 dolls. There's no way this is a fair comparison. 21 was crab heavy and only one performance since 20. Of course 22 is better and more cohesive. In 21 Haley couldn't get right all season and now she's Beyonce. Khaliya was constantly at odds with the girls in 21 which I'm sure contributed to the unit as a whole being distracted. To me it kinda seemed like Cam either checked out or was just over it even tho she tailed the house down it was still disconnected. 22 got not only seasoned vets but some power house crabs that got an experienced Captain and a freaking new Director that is Doll legacy incarnate. This is 🚫 not a competition between 21/22. A great growth video that shows what proper leadership and support with experience and cooperation can do. It's the management and behind the scenes that need to be compared.
The way they did 18 in 2021 still don't sit right with me, because they knew good and well that team was suppose to be full of vets. It was suppose to be 18, 19, and 20, and Ashlyn and Lauren could have been 21's crab class... 2021 could have been one sickening ass team. 2021 was definitely a step out on faith type of season, and 2022 was the elevation.
In 21, despite Haley's mess ups, when she does the counts she was very detailed in them. She just needed to add her own personality to it and that's what we see now. I think next season, we will see details, finesse and perfected Doll form. This is actually the same for all of 21 with the exception of Ashlynn bc miss mamas was a phenomenal crab.

I love AIRIELLE!! Everybody knows I LIVE for the “top shelf” vibes! She oozes sex appeal because less is more! She doesn’t have to be hyper sexual and that’s what I love about her. SU is particular about how they select their girls. You will never see wratchet pelvic thrusts and rolls with porn looks. They didn’t fall into that trap. They will always be the upper echelon in that sense. The aesthetic does make a difference too. The height and size matters as a whole when looking at a team. They all literally look damn near the same height and weight… it’s why they give grown vibes. No disrespect but the short girls take the aesthetic down to a high schoolish look.
