It was wonderful to see the growth from 21-22 to 22-23. Airielle brought it. She kept the milk in stands, but warmed it with a wide variety of different counts and tempos. The field shows were top notch. As usual the Dolls field shows look like a professional dance company.
While most HBCU dance teams are trending to perform their halftime routines rolling, flipping around on the ground and stunting, the Fabulous Dancing Dolls are the only HBCU dance team that has kept tradition for over 50 years! I applaud the Fabulous Dancing Dolls for keeping dance in their repertoire and not copying what other HBCU dance teams are doing. 🥇🥇🥇
Arielle ate all 5 years! Glad that she was able to get her flowers that she deserved. If we had that short hair all 5 years!! 🙌🏾 Syndi best crab hands down. New counts were nothing nice. Wish we could’ve gotten more tho. Herb will be nothing nice next year.
the biggest upgrade from 21 to 22 😍😍 airielle ate the girls UP this year i’m so sorry. and don’t get me wrong she always ate as captain last yr but the crabs were a mess. but this yr they really got comfortable and looked like GROWN WOMEN!! and that’s what i really appreciate bc it’s been awhile since i’ve seen the dolls as a whole look grown and comfortable in their sexiness
Hands down the best to do it. I applaud this organization. They are always so classy & professional. They represent black women so well. Many teams copy & remix their style (along with the j-settes) but they keep pushing and they keep it traditional. I’m so happy that Traci came back to free them from the tyrant known as alkaline! Whew Chile
and lemme tell you how much haley and chania grew!! ngl i wanted them both gone so bad last yr especially when they were in the front 😭 but chania is a beast now and i see haley as captain NOW
I’m lost because “we were rock and roll” was actually the BEST choreograph routine they did performed this year. Technique of of this world and footwork.

It's something about those golden blue dolls Taneria, Micah, Kyree, and Sydni are all pressure we need more golden blues as dolls. I don't really blame Ashlynn for leaving hell they brought her back at the end of the season basically, and sorry but I wasn't really like big on seeing her back when they brought her back cause it was at the end of the season. All in all I cannot wait to see the dolls for the 2023-2024 season.

They were great on most of their fields. I did not like the Bayou Classic/SWAC championship field show. The stands were better than last year but I wish they would better weed out girls in auditions that are bad at catch ons. Overall I'll give them a B. Airelle was an amazing captain. Hoping Naomi gets captain
Probably most technically sound group in a while but not visually appealing. Captain's look is a drastic look that draws attention and makes all the other girls imperfections stand out. But I got board for many stand performances..time for some makeovers..

That intro sequence to the “Forbidden” show was crazy clean. This is by far the cleanest squad in doll history.
