is stonex similar than a Brx7 or the Hemisphere S631? I have to work on forest with a lot of vegetation, regards!
So, now Stonex has UniCorn OEM board ans this is different one, before Stonwx used Hemisphere P40. 😊
So it looks like you need access to a network base station to do this? Or maybe I misunderstood something?
So, if you have access you can get there coordinates for base station, then use UHF corrections to Rover from Base.
@@a-geo do you by chance know how to get coordinates for the base when you only have the base and rover but no access to a network base station?
@@glasshalfempty1984 You can use some global CORS base station for post processing. You also need PPK software.
Or, if you can get some local geodesic points with coordinates.
@@a-geo awesome, thank you so much!
that is so usefull. What's the avarage distance from base to rover, to be fix or ARTK fix?
Depends on radio power 1w ~2km, 5w ~10km, 35w ~100km
Can i connect to a trimble device?
Check your device settings to connect to Stonex GNSS UHF frequency.
@@a-geo thanks for the reply, how do i check the frequency?
