David Oancea, better known as Vegas Dave, is the most renowned sports bettor of all time. Dave was able to do what 99% of the world could not do, and that's beat Las Vegas, but not just beat them, but beat them for millions and millions of dollars
Daves success led him to getting banned by all of the Las Vegas casinos, and when it could not get any worse, the casinos teamed up with the federal government to come after him. Dave was later indicted by the feds on 19 alleged felony accounts and faced up to 40 years in prison.
If you like sports, gambling, drama, motivation and inspiration, this movie is for you. This is definitely a one of one, there is nothing like this story. - Спорт

Before watching the movie, I already had an idea of the kind of man that you are because of the things that you choose to speak about. You’re extremely family centric and this is a rare trait in the western world today. However, after watching the movie, I got a sneak peek into WHY you are the man you are today and that is because of those two angles who raised you.
We got to witness your parents stand by you every step of the way. Mom and dad did an amazing job at instilling proper values and principles into their boy. They don’t make them like those two anymore 🙏So, although my opinions of you did not experience significant changes because of how much I have followed you over the years, I was able to gain valuable insight into what made you into the man you are today. May god bless your parents ♥️

What I have learned from this movie is that even at your lowest lows, never give up. That when you feel like the world is against you have to embrace it and not give a F***. My favorite part was when you were praying to god saying “idc about the money, just let my mom live until the World Series and watch the royals win” it was so pure and that’s the side a lot of people don’t see in you. You’re an amazing guy and they don’t call you the GOAT for no reason!! 🐐

(Part 3/7) After watching the documentary, it all makes sense now. I learned the TRUE Vegas Dave. It always bothered me that when I booked my one way flight to Vegas that I left my FAMILY behind. The thing that I love about your story is that for the most part you spend as much QUALITY TIME with your family as humanly possible. The love that you have for you parents and the love that they have for you was clearly evident. It taught me not to be fooled by all the illusions of the cars, watches, girls and bottles. The most important things in life is the health and love of the ones closest to us.

So I just watched this documentary/movie, right... and I couldn't understand why it was so well done. This will be one of my favorite 'gambling' movies - a rollercoaster ride of lust and life. Thumbs up!

Wow is all I can say. You are one GOOD ass man bro. This documentary was amazingly done, absolutely loved it. Eating dinner with your parents still was so amazing to see, you giving those kids in Mexico on the beach the love you gave them put a tear, truly amazing.

Man! Biggest take away from the movie is easily "If you don't bet yourself no else will". But great movie! It's crazy how you were way ahead of everyone knowing exactly your moves knowing you wanted out of the party life but you couldn't just toss it so fast! You literally leveraged that side of your life to put this inspiring movie together! I'M PROUD TO SAY THAT I'M GLAD I USED 2 HOURS OF MY LIFE WATCHING THIS AND IT CHANGED ME IN AN INSTANT... Love this documentary! Really appreciate the inspiration. My mom had to go through multiple BYPASS Surgery and my father and sister had already passed away more than a decade ago. Dave, your love for your family really gut me here. BEAUTIFUL STORY. I could relate to everything except for being rich.
Favorite part of the movie is seeing your relationship with your parents and how much they truly mean to you. Watching you tear up while reading those cards reminded me of my relationship with my parents. I to have put my parents through a lot of pain and suffering through decisions I made in my past. I'm a recovering drug addict, and just celebrated my 5th year of sobriety. I am currently the best I've ever been in my life mentally, spiritually, and physically. Much love to you and your family. 1:14:00 I think collecting baseball cards as a kid and memorizing all the stats all the time on the back of cards helps you in math and learning percentages which in turn helps you when you get older with betting in sports and knowing the numbers and memorizing
