My '61 356 is a 42k mile unrestored one previous owner car. Service items, headliner and some restitching on the seats is all that's ever been done. I do have Ferraris Lamborghinis and other Porsches but l would have to say the 356 is my favorite. It is pure mechanical connection to the road and it's engineered to provide that feel. With todays safety requirements this car couldn't be built today. I'm very lucky to have it.
The VERY FIRST SENTENCE show this was AI narrated. “Three Hundred and Fifty Six”??? And so you lost my interest. To say nothing of the absurd title card-which did get me to click through to see how wrong the rest of it was. Job done.

The 356/1 was not rear engined. The 356/2, on which all future 356es were based, was rear-engined.
2:29 - not a Porsche, but a VW chassis kit car. The hand brake is a giveaway.
2:55 - starting the script over. Repeated information. At least at 3:55 they got the motor placement of the 356/1 right. 🙄
9:02 - coil spings? Nope. Never.
10:00 picture of a VW motor w/air conditioning. Never offered by Porsche from the factory.
