I watched this with my 13byear old daughter, so she could see the type of women to NOT fashion herself after. Its a shame, the state of young black women and the lack of self esteem, so much so that they spend hundreds , sometimes thousands of dollars to cover up, color, hide, straighten, lighten and alter their face, hair and body. I dont even know who to feel sympathy for in these situations. Seems to me when your dealing with chiney and indian people hair being installed in black people head, chemicals and dyes, there's bound to be bad energy involved.

Ultimately, people need to recognize that there must be a separation between the business owner, the business and their personal feelings. If people approach their business relationships the same way they approach their personal relationships, it will sadly fail. Too bad those business owners needed to learn that lesson the hard way. I completely agree with you that the business owners need training on customer service. This poor customer service business model isn't it.
With the wig situation the stylist was right by looking at the messages the client is wrong. I can't stress this enough as a braider, if you are a stylist and a client insist on doing something you know is problematic do not reply to the client. Decline the job and let them go, I do this everytime I sense a problematic client. Not all client are good. Now the one with the girl who got burned, the stylist need to resolve it, she was wrong period. Once you hurt a client to an extent where they have marks you need to compensate, it was the stylist fault all around.
And after a stylist sprays some mousse or finishing spray . DON'T GO Out in the rain unless your head is covered. AGAIN that's an opportunity for stylists to offer some head covers to sell for clients to keep their style intact!!

The complains are about wigs customers pay for there wig plus to install them and Color too so it’s costing the clients so some of our hairdressers need to consider that it’s never easy being a hairstylist either e must find ways to prevent this take theses experiences and plan next time hairdressers

I thought the dim lit basement had a mirror, but then she said the stylist never offered her a bathroom for her to see her hair in the mirror. As someone who gets their loc's done, my stylist is always checking in to make sure that I like what's being done in case I see something I want changed. Lastly the issue with the phone... She said she never had it out, and then said the stylist never asked her to put down her phone - but why would someone ask you to put down something you don't have out?
