Sunwing is THE WORST airline ever!! I wouldn't even tell my worst enemy to fly with that airline. I went to Jamaica for my birthday last year and the shuttle included in our package left me n my family (including my infant and 8-year-old) at the airport--which was completely not our fault because I was sitting at the front of the plane. My son's stroller was the last to disembark from the plane. By the time we got tthru customs everyone on our flight was gone. The ppl at the airport who work for Sunwing shoved us onto a juta bus, my luggage ended up getting forgotten (due to all the commotion of my son crying; there was just a lot going on ) we didn't realize until we stepped in the resort. No one knows who the driver was, my luggage wasn't returned to the airport [no surprise], thru the police's "investigation" the guy who drove us didn't even work for the company he was driving the bus for. Sunwing pretty much blamed me because we took "private" transport (despite it being THEIR worker at the Montego Bay airport that put us on the bus).All the years I been going to JAmaica since a child nothing like this has ever happened to me. It was my first and last time ever travelling with this airline. It was a MESS and NEVER TF AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Yo king if you have to go the legal route do it but only after you exhaust your efforts. I would even get the mainstream media involved contact CTV and get this story out there. I don't want another person to go through this. I was even thinking maybe someone that works for Sunwing did this you know how bad mind people stay king. One of the staff probably having a bad day and seen you a young black man happy to fly out for a week and your excited and some bad mind person said I'm going to mess up his trip and send him home .. Sunwing is the worst, they feel they can treat people like shit and getaway with it. I was in the DR and it was a Sunwing rep that was threatening and disrespectful sad part is this Sunwing doesn’t care and takes no ownership of their faults.

I work at pearson Airport, and i see this everyday, the only thing i can think of is that someone else has the same name is you, why this issue arose, but you need to sue the hell out of sunwing cause that is beyond embarrassing!
