Wow! This place is legit! The outside stone and then you walk in and they really did a clever job of adding very appropriately aged furniture to accentuate the vintage nature of the place! I really like the tiles on the fireplace, and that view!! Wow!! I even liked the donkey road you walk down to get to it. Really cool space. The price is good, but a little more than I would want to spend for a 1 bedroom. Cheers.

Very cute, love the historic charm. I would be a little worried about the car noise from the parking lot, though.
Luckily sound goes up at 45° angles in general. Also don’t think it is a super busy lot. Doubt it is a huge issue but always wise to check these things out.
We’re coming back over 2/13 & staying f 5 1/2 wks about 15km N of Bomarzo, so will go check this out!
