I feel that feet are neglected in a lot of sport, specifically weight lifting. Our feet are where we produce and transfer force on almost every exercise. Great video, very informative! :)

Just found you, great refresh to my chiropractic side of hobby-watching. I would want to ask you, what are the re-steps after an adjustment, because I heard from one chiropractor, that you have to re-learn to walk again. I have anterior pelvic tilt, pain in the hips and tender tendons on the back side of my legs. Low back pain and neck/trap pain/tenderness. This gets noticeably uncomfortable when walking for a bit longer. Than I find relief in hitting my hips/ass with my closed fists. Actually I have no access to chiropractor, and have never been on any adjustment. What can I do? Thank you great man!!P.S.: Few months ago I got struck with accute lumbago(after some slight but growing pain in my low back, which started when I raised my legs on 90degree angle on dip bars and holded, called L-sit)in my low back virtobrate, and after that, man, in basic movements this virtobrate is MOVING and little cracking all the time! And I have to mention, I am a bit addicted to twisting motions in my back when it all goes to edge and it all cracks. I would say I do it in a vision of relief, what is maybe momentarily helpful for the muscles to loose them. Hehe, so this is my quick overview and describtion of my body. Thank you for listening.

Very good video on lower extremity adjusting. I am having a bit of trouble discerning the line of drive you utilized on the Tibial head adjustment. Did you drive down the length of the tibia or is it more of a P to A movement? Thank you.

    • @prochiropractic

I injured my ankle three years ago. It pops like crazy now (a small lump has developed on the side of the joint) and I'm developing a bunion on that foot. Would lower extremity adjustment help this and halt the bunion development. So far it is not painful but the ankle is.

Proper biomechanics, supported by these types of manipulations should help, and would work best when paired with active rehab.
