This game is a lot better than people (including myself) gave it credit for. It wasn't until I actually played it for myself that I realized how good it was. It's also nice to see all the adjustments made so fast since its release. I don't think we needed the pre loading tricks thing because it made more sense the way it was before. But I'm not complaining.
a few core controls I haven't seen anyone talk about and didn't notice any tutorial in game, I might have missed: like LT does flips, RT lets you spine transfer and gets you out of pipes and bowls. RB allows you to go into a grind position while doing transfer tricks on pipes so when you preload with RB instead of hopping and going up 90 degrees and back down the ramp you will instead level out and align up the bikes pegs with the pipes coping. LB lets you do front tire foot stalls when doing a nose manual, I'm not familiar with most BMX terms but I hope this helps 😀
Games been growing on me so much, day one was rough and a bit of a shock but I’m really starting to get that “damn I love this game” feeling I had with pipe. Also I absolutely love the longer vids, something nice to relax n watch as I play much appreciated!
I love cruising the map it has such skate 2 vibes with little hints of skate 3, I wish he’d add some npc’s and a traffic system in the near future to really make the map feel alive
10:10 another thing that helps for points is spamming tucks, you get a hundred points each time you go into a tuck and can do 3 to for for each bunny hop, and it builds the multiplier very quickly
Oh, and thanks for the tip on getting points quick and easy. Also for showing the secret menu and the free parts that are in there. Was some nice stuff in those boxes.
I’d like to see the map slightly reduced in scale maybe, or updates adding more spots so there is more consistently “busy” places with stuff to ride expressively rather than the odd wall shaped like a quarter pipe. I think the game is getting better though, I think I was just too bad at the game earlier to do anything 😂 and got frustrated too quickly
Another tip you didnt cover, when riding/moving if you hold LT and RT and then cross the sticks (left stick and right stick)you can do skids/drifts with out hold the brake, hope that makes sense thanks for the great videos 👍👍
The updates have helped lots. The future for this game is very promising. When I think back to when I first played pipe it took some time for me to really enjoy it. So I’m being patient.
Its actually insane how much mash is updating the game and fixing it, definitely money well spent at first it was rough but i knew after some time if get better, just like shreddars the missions drove me insane
So do the secret menu thing. (menu button and view button immediately) Look around while viewing your bike in the menu, and the secret crates there which has the LED valve caps.
A tip for the trike is to stand facing what you're trying to light up and respawn it. Just make sure you're further away from where you want it to give you room and get it in the right spot. Then when you're ready to move it just go respawn it again where you want it.

I fully intend to watch the whole vid but I've been spreading this info for awareness sake in case its not well-known yet: To chain barspins, hold RS down and MASH the bumper button of your choice 👍
You sure the updates are only on experimental?, it seems the fixes are being updated straight to the game, new camera options, not having to hold down L2 for flips for e.g are all working in non beta branches.

The fact that you can preload the triggers before doing tricks now without having to zero it out make sure you bunny hop then hit the triggers is huge that was what was making the game feel so clunky for me
I decided to use reshade and it makes a huge difference, you don’t realize how gray the game looks until you use reshade. I just use hdr and It makes all the darks darker and bright colors brighter
the boxes in the pause menu arent there for me ? have they since been removed or you think thats an error on my end? any suggestions ? great video and alot of help!
Did you press select to bring up the hidden menu? I think someone mentioned you have to access that then move the camera around...if not maybe try asking in the Discord server to see if anyone else had the same issue
low chance you see this, but whenever I load the game up in Experimental Mode it won't let me teleport to locations, once I teleport I just end up falling through the map. Any advice on how to fix this?
I think the experimental version is a bit unstable in a bunch of ways, but it should be coming to the beta branch in a more complete form either today or at least very soon so hopefully that will fix things!
Bonus tip - Fakie works well for hitting cones in challenges (will add it to the next video)

You were able to do sliders in pipe. Only use one bumper to choose what way your tire is when sliding!!

There is an unlock all mod out there (have a look in the Volution server), otherwise you just have to grind them out...
if you spawn the trike it wont move so best way to position it is walk with character and then just spawn the trike in the position you want

You can find the red LEDs just on the start of the spillway, using the trick with the trike that he shows on the start of the video.
