The best cutting parameters for 3mm black cast acrylic to have best cutting surface quality for 20W Pro Max are: speed 140mm/min, 1 pass, power 19%, air assist off!
@@党一哲 if you do the cutting test like in the movie you show "just" capabilities of power and speed. For real work when you require quality and repeatability of the parts, you have to also consider how thick is the cutting gap and what happens at the bottom of the cutted part. When you add more power to acrylic cutting you'll have wider gap and some burns at the bottom side. Speeding up from 140mm/min to just 200mm/min requires of using 50% of power - that lowers the cutting quality. So in my opinion the best results for any materiał is to set the proper speed for the lowest power capable to cut through. Then you have the thinest gap and the best quality. Acrylic 3mm is 140mm/min 19%power and acrylic 6mm is 70mm/min 72%power, both 1pass, both no air assist. Overall the 20W pro max laser cuts very wide gaps, much more wider than 5W laser, so you have to also consider this parameter.
@@piotrdivineacoustics5754 Sorry, my English is not very good. I can't fully understand what you mean. First of all, low speed cutting or air assisted cutting will make the cutting surface effect of acrylic look poor. However, the test in the video is only conducted from the perspective of efficiency. Second, the "just finished cutting" in the video is only for testing. In actual work, it is necessary to adjust the speed and pass count according to the drawing difficulty and material thickness. If you want to cut the surface perfectly, you really need to increase the speed or reduce the power. Third, the default upper limit speed of 20W is 100 mm/s. Since the 20W laser is heavy, it is not recommended to lift this limit. Your 140mm/s, are you sure it is mm/s, not mm/min

@@党一哲 i'll try, it is a trial and error learning curve, but, at the end it works and it's satisfying, i just succesfully cutted 3 mm mdf, with a 700 mm/min 70% 3 pases air on config, i'll keep trying for thicker material
Just a heads up I gave you a thumbs down to get your attention. The video is great but the music is the back ground is to high and obnoxious you might want to deal with that.

why?Why is the laser power so low? Is your speed parameter written the wrong unit?

is sculpfun S30 pro laser head compatible with atomstack A10 pro ? can i instal this head on atomstack a10pro?
¿Cuál es el mayor grosor que corta el laser de 22w?
My 5W that I got second hand, doesn’t give me anywhere near this performance. What do you recommend?
can it cut clear acrylic? or does it only cut black acrylic?, sorry for the question it might sound naive but i honestly curious
All the diode laser engravers can't cut clear acrylic.
Que puede opinar en comparativa entre la s30 pro y la s10 ?
I have the 20w and love it 😁
Yeah~~~
Price 20watt
I really like the Sculpfun S30 pro max. I just bought it, but I don't like its rotary system. I wanted to know if it is compatible with xTool RA2 Pro

泡桐木(paulownia wood)You can find the same material in Amazon
Price plz
quanto tempo dura o laser ?
Do you have to pay for customs in US?
We have overseas warehouses in the United States
20W laser is compatible with S9 model? If yes, what is the price of 20W laser
Sorry, 20w laser head can't match the S9 machine.
20W laser has not been listed yet
