Always love Zac's realness. He never seems to hold back when it comes to his mental health and trying to help others. Thanks for the podcasts. It's folks like y'all that gives the world some hope.

I never realised that Zachary came from a sad background until a couple of years ago. His mom suffered a lot of problems.
He comes across as a very humble down to earth guy. Been a fan of this guy since Chuck and Tangled.
You could say Shazam fits Zachary's real life to a T.

From viewing some other interviews from Light’s show, must say that Zachary’s rendition of Mental Health, love yourself, etc. I truly appreciate he does not use big words and expresses himself clearly.

This moved me so much. I think Zac's openness and raw honesty about his feelings and experiences will help a lot of people. And I can relate to so much of it too. Thank you for this podcast. God bless 🙏

I feel so sorry for him. I mean his mom sounded like a right narcissistic jerk.
Now look how far Zachary has come. He proved to his late mom that he is a somebody and he had a purpose in life.

I’m currently listening to Radical Love on Audible. Besides the fact that he and I seem to have much in common which helps me understand where he’s coming from, his honest perspective is great to hear. It’s comforting to know that someone’s thought process is like my own and not something I should be ashamed of. I highly recommend his book.

I learned to love myself by accepting the love of Jesus Christ which is freely given to each of us. HE was the only One who could release me from the pain caused by a lot of similar experiences that Zachary describes. I do agree we're just all walking each other home, our brothers and sisters in Christ.

As much as a really like Zachary Levi & his movies, I disagree that if you don't love yourself you'll never find love. I grew up with extreme trauma, & don't like myself yet I married a beautiful man & have been married 35 yrs :)

Just love this guy Zachary Levi, is very sad to hear how he is going further and further away from Christianity and more and more into universalism 💔😭❤️

Hopefully, he will come around and know that God knows him and hears him and also healing him by the people and thoughts come through. He is a conduit for us. Reminding us that Jesus taught us to lay one’s life for love ones.

I fully understand your concern; yet, I don’t blame Zach for becoming Christian Universalism because I now have issues with it. Though, the Christian churches that separated recently regarding lgbtq+ has impact with me. The hatred and mockery by some of these groups is antisemitism and YES I’m offended by their portrayal of Jesus, Mary and our GOD.

Awesome segment. Thought everyone had such great insight on situations and through their own experiences. Families/relationships can be complicated to say the least, and work can be a🐕

Good show, I struggle to understand how beautiful people take their lives. I ask how can they do that when it seems like they have everything going for them, he explained some of it. Looking forward to more of your shows, since this is my first.

Fantastic 🙌🙌🌠🌠 ... I think for men it's difficult to sit with such strong negative emotions because in general men only experience these deep lows when myriad things are going wrong in their lives, but women can experience these deeply negative emotions at least once a month, for seemingly no reason, just because of how our hormones switch it up every week... and so for women, although the strong emotions are categorically not without reason, they too require unpacking their cause and all the bs family dynamics and social dynamics and dna stored generational trauma and everything you guys mentioned so that you don't turn into a Karen, at the same time women are truly lucky because there is a built in "valve"to release these emotions regardless of whether you're processing them correctly or looking into why they're coming up so strongly.. whereas men don't have that.. and so by the time you're at breaking point... you really are at breaking point and it's almost like the dementors in Harry Potter... you believe that you can never feel cheerful again... but that's the huge lie isn't it.. and that's a huge hurdle you have to get past if you're not even used to feeling that way ever... so for every man out there that's struggling with major life traumas such as divorce, job loss, addictions, death of a loved one, in addition to not having the right love and support around you that you need, just know that you can and WILL pull through. Emotions pass eventually... you don't have to try and stop how you're feeling... the feelings will not kill you and they will pass. You can just say to yourself "I know I'll feel better at some point, it's just not going to be right this minute" and that's fine. Many many people categorically love you, even if they're not the people who you interact with daily (and that just shows you who needs to be less of a priority in your life doesn't it). You ARE a blessing and a gift in this world, and the only reason you feel so deeply is because you are actually so full of light. You are a BEAUTIFUL man 💖💖💖💖 Can you imagine waking up one morning and having no feelings at all lol... who would you be? I think the big lesson for men is to learn how to ask for help and comfort and support, like have someone make you some soup and give you a cuddle. And if no one's around in that instance then do that for yourself, but make sure to take steps when you feel better to build a better and more supportive community for yourself because you deserve that 💖💖💖💖
